Sleeps 8. 3 bedroom. A large(250 sq.m.), finca style villa with private pool and an absolutely wonderful, peaceful garden. The sun reaches the villa from the morning to the night. The location is perfect. You can reach the historical centre of Soller and many walking paths within 5-10 minutes and the sea in Port de Soller in a 25 minute walk or with the tram in 5 minutes. The property offers great privacy and wonderful views of the mountains surrounding the Soller Valley.

About Anna

We recently bought this Finca in Soller. We do believe that this is the most beautiful spot of Mallorca. It is situated between the spectacular mountains and the sea. We were lucky to find this Finca, with the most wonderful garden. It has a lot of grownup palms and orange trees (where you can pick oranges in the morning for your juice or a lemon for the drink). The garden is very old and one of very few gardens here made just for relaxing. From the house we reach the various walking paths of the area.

Outside: It is sunny all year round from the morning to the evening. The garden offers great privacy and wonderful views of the mountains surrounding the Soller Valley. The garden is very large, approx 3 000sq.m. with plenty of impressing palm trees, oranges and lemons. The garden offers many of "rooms", where you can choose sun or shade, windy or not windy. A covered terrace with barbecue with seats for 8 in front of the big palms. Utility Room: Towels and linen are included. A cleaning service is provided at a cost of 120 euros. The washer and dryer may also be used by renting guests. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels/linen included.

Special interest holidays:

In the Town you can visit the Museum Can Prunera, have a walk by the nice streets of the town, have a look to the typical majorcan houses with stone façade... Don't forget to visit the Botanical Garden.

You can take the tram that will take you to the Port Soller where you can enjoy the beach, have a walk by the marine and visit the pictoresque fishermen neighbourhood .

Coast/Beach:

5 minute by car to the beaches of Port de Soller. Alternatively, 25 minutes walking or 5-10 minutes with the old and very charming which stops 600 m from the property tram.

Travel:

30km from the airport. By car 30 minutes.

Distances:

Property is set in the heart of Soller with 10 minutes walking distance to the town center. One of the world's oldest trams stops 600m from the house and it takes you to either Soller in 1 minute or to Port de Soller in less than 10. Bus to Palma 30 - 50 minutes.
