The property we rented consists of two units: Unit 1. apartment, there is a double bed, bathroom and shower, separated by curtains of a small living room, where there is a sofa, TV and air conditioning . The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room.

Unit 2 is a separate room with double bed, as the apartment is separated by curtains, the small lounge.

In the lounge there is satellite TV, air conditioning. It has refrigerator, microwave, toaster, etc., necessary for you to prepare your breakfast, but no kitchen.

It has a bathroom with shower.

Booking Notes:
When you expressed interest in renting the property, there is provided a document to make the reservation. The document indicates a bank account number. It confirms the reservation with income 30% of the total and the rest is paid when you get home.

Changeover Day:
The minimum stay in high season is one week. Preferably on entry and exit will be on Saturdays. Departures before 11am and tickets starting at 02 pm. Between 11 am and 02 pm, we use for cleaning.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: Importantly, the Unit 1 and Unit 2, are part of the building and are next to each other. The two rooms, 1 and 2, not communicating internally. The entry into both apartments is independent from the rest of the house. The place is perfect for families with children who can sleep alone, (over 7 years) or four adults who share the kitchen. We have extra beds. Outside: Inside the farm you can stroll through the countryside or relax on the terrace by the pool of irregular shape (L) 14m wide X4.5m +4 X8 in the end. The pool is shared by other users of the house but may be unique to you upon request. It has hammocks, umbrellas, tohallas bathroom and a barbecue.

Perfect rural retreat - stunning place!

Juan, Maria, their family ( and pet dog Rumba!) made us feel very welcome during our stay - the place is stunning. Nothing was too much trouble - Maria offered us plums from the family farm - they were delicious! The apartments are amazing - white washed walls about 3 feet thick, tiled floors, timber beams and are very traditionally Ibicencan in nature, they were very comfortable and immaculately clean. The tiled bathroom was also very clean with a very good shower.

The outside space is equally impressive - outside the apartments is a small patio table and chairs (which is perfect for breakfast) all surrounded by a lovely palm tree and gorgeous flowers. The pool area is stunning with an amazing pool, beautiful patio area, sun loungers, BBQ area and outside kitchen. All surrounded by pine trees - its very quiet, tranquil and peaceful, the only thing you can hear are the cicadas on an evening/night time.

With Portinatx only 5 minutes away it is the perfect place in which to relax and enjoy the stunning Ibizan countryside.

Definitely go - you won't be disappointed!

A Perfect place!

What a fantastic holiday in a beautiful place. The hosts Juan and Mari could not have been more accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The property is in a lovely quiet location but only 5 min drive from Portinax which has shops and restaurants I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back !

The perfect summer get away!

Comfortable apartment in the beautiful countryside, complete peace and tranquility. The family dog is really cute and the family are so friendly and helpful, they know where you should book and go. We had the perfect holiday there, so close to the picturesque coves and beaches (definitely go to Cala d'en Serra!) and easy to get anywhere. We will definitely go back and recommend it to friends!

Just Perfect in every Way!

Juan & Maria have given couples like us a perfect haven of peace and tranquility at an affordable price. It is rare to find accommodation for two people that give you the feeling of having your own Villa.

Juan, Maria and all the family were so lovely and helped make our stay special.

We intend to return to continue exploring this lovely Island and without question will be choosing to stay with Juan & Maria.

Having to drive on a daily basis was a very small price to pay for everything else gained by staying here. Shops & restaurants only a 5 minute drive.

Location

Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

The Portinatx beaches are a 5 minute drive from the house. Portinatx has three sandy beaches and several coves where you can enjoy an excellent water and beautiful landscapes. You can enjoy water sports or rent small boats or simply relax on the sand.

Distances:

Use of the vehicle is essential. The house is located in the farthest point of the island, 35 kilometers from the airport. If you prefer that we seek to transport you must apply. The people of San Joan de Labritja is 8 miles. You should know that to reach the house is 1.5 km unpaved road. It's awkward to reach but ensure the quietness of the area.

Further Details:

Portinatx just 3 kilometers, is an urban area and beaches, you can find shops, bars and restaurants, car rentals, etc.
