Thalia is a light airy Villa furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas, granite worktops and a fully fitted well equipped kitchen. It has a downstairs loo and off street secure parking. It is well located with many facilities close at hand such as shops, restaurants, bars and a great beach. Car hire is not essential with all amenities on your door step. It has a great outside soft seating area as well as outside dining and a great pool. Inside it comprises of a master bedroom with 2 twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with the master bedroom having en suite facilities. Pool towels are provided.

About Jo Ferard

Thalia Villa is family owned and family run, with a British couple who manage the property for us. We are based in the North of England and although we rent out our property we keep it to a high standard as we ourselves use it on a regular basis.

Why Jo Ferard chose Pegia (Peyia)

We purchased this property because we wanted a private villa that we could use every year that would fit our needs. We wanted something private with its own pool and great for family. Coral Bay has such a lot to offer with many facilities close at hand, bars , restaurants and supermarkets and therefore a car is not a necessity. You have the culture and historic sites close by such as the Mosaics and Tombs of the Kings as well as a wonderful beaches.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is very nicely finished but very usable and homely. The property is positioned just as you go into Coral Bay so you have the privacy of the Villa and gardens as well as having great facilities on you door step when you need them. The pool is a good size, with a great soft seating area as well as having a great place to dine outside. It is managed by a local management team Carrie and Rod.

Outside: There is a large patio area outside with BBQ, dining table and chairs as well as sun loungers. In the garden there is a Gazebo which houses a soft seated area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. Other: There are outside dining facilities as well as a gazebo in the garden housing a soft seating area. Welcome packs are supplied to help you settle in.

We really loved the villa, it was well equipped and perfectly placed near the shops and cafe. plus only a 10 minute walk to the sea. Will go again. thanks
