Apartment in Condado de Alhama, Murcia, Spain - Ideal For Families, Holiday Makers And Golfers.

Lovely 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment with large private roof terrace.

It has been very tastefully furnished with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is an open plan living area, with a fully fitted kitchen, which includes oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The living room has a flat screen TV with English Channels with an integrated DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station. The sofa may be converted to a double bed.

There is a small balcony outside the apartment with steps leading up to the large private roof terrace. The terrace is a 2nd living area! It has a table and chairs for dining, a sofa, two chairs and coffee table for relaxing (card games, reading, socialising!!) and of course sunbeds to enjoy the sun during the day. There is also a shower on the terrace which keeps you cool while sunbathing!

The property is about a 10 minute walk to the local main centre - Al Kasar. There are a variety of restaurants in the centre, which also includes an ice-cream parlour, patisserie, hairdressers/beauty salon etc...

Hi, My name is Dee and I have had my properties for a few years now. It has been great to see the progression from very humble beginnings to a lovely community (Condado) and lovely to have the luxury of having the beach within walking distance (Guardamar). I have 3 sons, who have all used the properties at different times - and have had no complaints from them so far! My first grandchild was born last March, so am looking forward to the 'little one' coming out and enjoying too. Am happy to answer any questions you may have. No need for Netflix just plenty of chill!!

We have just had 11 days of heaven. Both my husband and I work in the rat race of London. As soon as we dropped our cases we started to unwind.

The apartment is so well kitted out like home from home so all the extras us women need are already here, so extra room in your case ladies for another pair of shoes or duty free :-)

The pool area is so clean, your see the maintanace men atleast twice a day making sure everything is ship shape.

The downstairs balcony, view of the pool first thing in the morning having breakfast and then upstairs on the roof top to watch the sun set over the mountains in the evening, it is so lovely to see. Breath taking some nights!!

The apartment is perfectly situated for your evenings out at Al Kasar or Condado,we ate in every restaurant and couldn't fault any of them and they all do Take Away. Highly recommend Condado Club fish and chips. The supermarket has everything you need for a perfect night in on the roof top even better if like us you have no car, not to far to walk back with your shopping.

This place is perfect for any family, we have two teenagers, they have loved the fact that wifi reaches to round the pool so instead of sitting inside like they normally do, going home the same colour they arrived they've managed to still chat to friends and catch a great tan, also as the apartment is on a secured site that's also patrolled by security, they have enjoyed popping up to the ice cream bar at Al Kasar and a trip to Condado for a few games of football.

I cannot fault this holiday, so much so I am looking forward to returning.

I bought this property off plan in 2007, and took possession in 2008. Bought for many reasons, main one was the fact it was on a golf course and appeared to have many amenities to offer. Shops, golf course, pools, etc onsite. One of the main factors for buying was also the fact that it is a gated complex and there is a security presence there all the time. The area appealed to me, not too far from the beach, and lots of lovely towns/villages within driving distance. Cartegena, Murcia to name a couple. Airports are not too far way either - Alicante just over an hours drive away, and Murcia (San Javier) approx 45 mins away. Another factor in the location is the new airport that is due to open this year, as it should only be about a half hour away.

Activity and Interests


Puerta de Mazzarron is about a 15/20 minute drive away. Along the coast there are also many other beaches.


Airports - Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports are the nearest airports. Alicante approx an hour and 15 minute drive. Murcia approx 45 minutes.

The new Corvera airport is due to open this year and will only be approx 30 mins away.

Pick ups can be arranged if required.

Booking Notes:
There is a property management fee that will need to be paid to the property management. This will vary between 60 abd 70 euro. You will be advised at time of booking at how to pay this.
I will reply to all mails, so please ensure you check your junk mail if you cannot see a response.
Electricity Meter installed. Cards may be purchased from the property manager.
A 65€ housekeeping fee to be paid to the property manager onsite who will assist you if/when required.

A £100 deposit is required at time of booking with the balance of the full payment to be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

An electricity meter is installed in the apt. On arrival a 10€ card will be provided once that has been used you can buy further cards from the property manager.

I love where the property is as it is in the last Jardines on the complex - 13, thus within a nice easy walking distance to the shopping complex - Al Kasar. This is where the supermarket, main bar, restaurants etc are and new units plan to open soon. The other cafe/bar is also only a short distance away, with tennis courts etc. in this section. One of things I love about the property is the large roof terrace. It is another whole living space. Room for the sunbeds to sunbathe on during the day, table and chairs for meals and also an area for a sofa, chairs and table for relaxing on. There is a covered pagoda on the roof terrace also which believe me is a godsend on those lovely hot days we have! I have put a shower up there too, so can keep cool while sunbathing!
