Our two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet corner of Roda, and is complete with a large, private patio terrace and garden, and a communal swimming pool right outside the front door. All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard, including a fully equipped kitchen to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/central heated. We also have secure, underground parking, from which the apartment can be reached directly by lift. As well as the 18-hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas, you can enjoy the numerous facilities at Roda, including: restaurant and terrace bar (with fantastic views over the golf course); gym; tennis courts; paddle ball; grocery store. For those keen on watersports a variety of activities can be found at the nearby beach.

Can't say a bad word about the apartment or how the booking was handled. Nick (owner) was incredibly helpful and very responsive. On arrival I was met by the property management company who again were very helpful and even took me back to the airport on my departure. In terms of the apartment it's in a beautiful location not far from Los Alcazeres. The apartment is brand new, Tv with English channels, wifi etc. Very impressed. Would definitely need a car if you were to stay here in order to just get to the shops. Will definitely be staying here again!

We fell in love with the Murcia area when holidaying there in 2006. We stayed in Cartagena, and could immediately see it's potential as an up-and-coming area. With warm weather and water late into the year, it's the perfect place to unwind.

Activity and Interests

The Mar Menor sea is perfect for families with its warm, shallow waters. Los Narejos beach is just a 3-minute drive away, and is home to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as watersports. Cyclists will enjoy the flat promenade, which stretches for over 30 kms.

A short ferry ride will take you to the famous La Manga strip, and Roda's beach club, which boasts spectacular views of the Mediterranean.


San Javier / Murcia airport is just a 10-minute drive away, while Alicante is about 45 minutes.

A car is recommended, particularly in summer.


Just half an hour from Roda, the historic city of Cartegena is bursting with relics of the Roman Empire, as well as abundant dining and shopping.

Next to Roda, the town of Los Alcazares is full of restaurants and bars, and is an excellent place to enjoy watersports.

The university city (and region's capital) of Murcia is 35 minutes away and also well worth a visit.

Further Details:

There is a small shop onsite for general groceries, and a terrace bar and restaurant can be found in the club-house. For all other needs the town of Los Alcazares has all the amenities one would expect.

We chose our property because it is in a quieter corner of Roda. The hedge running around the garden allows us privacy at all times (we don't suffer from the fishbowl effect of most of the other properties!).

  • Notes on accommodation: Our property is managed by a local management company, who are available 24 hours a day in case you need any assistance. They can provide you with a welcome pack of food and drinks if required. We welcome singles, couples and families - golfers, or those just looking for a holiday in the sun! Please note that this a non-smoking apartment. However, as it is ground-floor, smokers may easily make use of the garden. Outside: The terrace has a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, surrounded by hedge for your privacy. The communal swimming pool is right outside the front door, and there is a children's play area immediately outside the block. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included, apart from beach/pool towels which can be hired at a small cost. The apartment will be cleaned, and linen changed, before and after your stay. Additional cleaning after each week can be requested.
