About the property

House in Inverurie, Grampian, Scotland - Rural Retreat In The Heart Of Aberdeenshire

As a beautifully converted farm steading this is a very unique property. The steading rooms are finished to a high specification and have been tastefully furnished. Both the master bedroom and the double height public area have wood burning stoves. The main bathroom is a real feature with a free standing gun metal bath tub. The ensuite and other shower rooms also have luxury rain showers and underfloor heating. This is a very sociable property with extensive open areas for relaxing and dining with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The outdoor areas are landscaped to include generous patio areas and lawns. While located next to the owner's property, the steading rooms are not over-looked and enjoy their own driveway and private parking area.

Fantastic property, beautifully finished, spacious and comfortable.

We were impressed with the house and it lived up to the description and photos seen online. The living space was ideal for 3 generations of our family and the beds were very comfortable. Making the effort to get the hot tub heated up was well worth it. The house was within easy access of the wedding we were attending at Pittodrie House but also not far from Inverurie and good local walks. We would highly recommend the property.

What an amazing guest house. My family stayed here whilst attending a wedding at pittodrie house. House is beautiful with amazing views of the countryside. Location is ideal, but I would recommend you rent a car as taxis will soon add up.

Had a lovely welcome from Pauline. The wine and chocolates went down a treat. Excellent value for money. Will stay again.

Stunning property

  • 5 of 5

We booked the steading for our daughters wedding weekend .

The pictures don't do the steading justice.

It really is stunning, the views are amazing.

Pauline was lovely and had left us some tasty treats and some home baking.

Such a nice touch.

The house has a hot tub which we used .

It takes a while to heat up but well worth the wait .

We had our daughters wedding at Meldrum House which wasn't to far away .i would definitely recommend for bridal parties, the patio doors upstairs let in so much light, great for natural light for make up artists .

Perfect place to chill.
