This superb 3 bedrooms villa is located in a quiet and private development near the coast. You will love and enjoy our garden; all the details in it have been prepared to make it comfortable and unique, perfect for a holiday home; it is furnished to the highest standard. The villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious hallway leading in one direction to one double and one twin bedroom and the family bathroom. The other side of the hall heads off to a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge with 2 comfortable sofas, a relaxing chaise longue and a large plasma tv, leading off to the dinning area with a table for six. Both living and dining areas have french doors opening onto the patio and pool area which has a round table for 4, perfect for an alfresco breakfast/dining and 4 sun loungers around the private pool. Upstairs is the master en-suite bedroom, with dressing area and a large private terrace.

The villa had everything we needed for a family holiday. The villa is a little remote and a fair distance to Playa Blanca but there are shops, good restaurants and bars within walking distance and there is a good bus service into Playa Blanca and taxis are not expensive.

Beautiful large house and garden. Clean. Good property management company who were very helpful. Plenty of space for six people. Nice views. So peaceful even in August! Books to borrow. Inflatables left from others for the pool. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Cleaner once per week. Pool cleaned often. Good balcony. No complaints, would stay again, if villa prices in P B in general weren't so high.
Cons-some people have added comments in their reviews and they haven't been acted upon. There were small issues. Drying washing on the tiny clothes horse was difficult in the winds. The bikes were broken. Double beds very comfy. Single beds were unfortunately hard. Lots of flys and 🐜? ants around. The pool was often cold and would be freezing in the winter. Although there was a heater that you could feed with euros to heat it up. I didn't use it.
Cost-Prices for everything on the island felt very expensive as the pound is not good against the euro. It felt like London prices and often supermarket items cost double uk prices. We only ate out once in two weeks due to the cost. Even though the large superdino in the centre was still very expensive. Every time we went out for one drink it cost our family of 2 adults 4 kids between £20-£30.
Location- Plenty of places to access and a good location. Local bus stop a couple mins walk. A couple of small supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 4 minutes walk. Nice long walks along the sea front or bike rides. Can get to the sea in 5 mins walk. Sea front bars with 15 mins. P B centre or ferry port within 30 mins walk. Or an 8 min drive. Or the stunning Marina Rubicon within A few mins more or a nice long walk. Papagayo beach 15 min drive.
What I would say is if you can't walk far then I would advise a car is needed. Otherwise you will be too faraway from the action.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. House is stunning. Clean. And my favourite part was there was no other noise from surrounding houses. Just perfect. Thank you owners and management company.
Me and my wife have stayed in the house for 12 days. Everything was perfect and as described. No complains about anything. I definitely would recommend it to my friends and family. Playa Blanca is the best area so far from Lanzarote regarding beautiful beaches and family environment. Congratulations to Ewa and Alessandra for the perfect hosting. Keep up the hard work!

Coast/Beach:
There are various beaches in Playa Blanca: Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo, a little one in the centre of Playa Blanca and the famous Papagayo beaches.
The villa is approximately at 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca, where you could find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
For those who like walking, there is a lovely seafront promenade that runs along the Playa Blanca coast just few minutes from the villa.
Travel:
Car hire is recommended especially for those who would like to visit the island.
A taxi from the centre of Playa Blanca to the villa costs approximately 4-6 €.
The airport is in Arecife, about 30 min drive, with taxi it costs approximately 40€
Distances:
The villa is about 5 min drives to Playa Blanca centre, 15 min to El Golfo, 20 min to Puerto Calero, 25 min to Puerto del Carmen, 30 min to Arecife.
Within 5-7 minute walk or 1 minute drive, there are few bars, restaurant, a bakery and 2 little supermarkets.

Electric pool heating is provided for a little extra cost for all guests travelling between the cooler months of December to April.
