Completely refurbished when the present owners took over, the apartments were sympathetically renovated to keep as many of the original Victorian features as possible whilst incorporating the modern conveniences expected today. Both apartments have stunning, uninterrupted views of the beautiful Filey Bay, from the Brigg to Flamborough Head and offer exceptional accommodation in this unspoilt, yet popular East Coast resort.

The apartments are centrally heated, sound proofed and double glazed throughout, ensuring a comfortable, peaceful environment all year round. The floors are finished with wood laminate and rugs. The luxury kitchens comprise a full size electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge with separate freezer and a complete array of kitchen appliances, crockery and glassware. The lounges have coal-effect gas fires and are beautifully and tastefully furnished with ample comfortable seating, occasional tables, T.V. with DVD player, CD player and radio. The bathrooms all have heated towel rails, shaving points and over-mirror lighting. Each apartment also has a hairdryer. Electricity and gas are included in the price. Bed linen can be provided upon request at a nominal charge. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

John and Tina Rook live near Market Weighton. John helps run the family farm and Tina is a Tennis Coach. They have four grown up daughters and one grand daughter. Filey has always been a family holiday destination.
We travel over every weekend to turn round the flats and make sure they are of a standard we would want to stay in.
We bought the flats in 2001 and converted them from four flats and living accommodation to three, selling the ground floor flat in 2009.

Great location - quieter end of Filey sea front and yet only 15 mins walk maximum to The Cobble and 5 mins up into town. Beach access directly across road. Apartment itself is like home from home. Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Efficient friendly owners to deal with. Can't fault the booking process from start to end. Lovely gesture to leave a bottle of wine for us on arrival. We will definitely book this apartment again and would highly recommend it. Thank you!

Having spent a week at st kitts in Filey I can honestly say that all 4 people and 1 small dog had a great time. The apartment was well looked after and clean. We all felt at home almost straight away and the view from the front was excellent. We will definitely be going again.

The cliffs along the top of the Brigg offer amazing views out to sea and on a clear day up the coast to Scarborough.
Filey has plenty to offer bird watchers and nature lovers with easy access to Bempton Cliffs, Flamborough Head and the nature reserve at Filey Dams.

Filey is a traditional seaside resort which has retained its attraction for the family by limiting the development of amusement arcades, although there is still opportunity to do a bit of gambling!
The main attraction of Filey is its sandy beach with lots of room for cricket matches, sand castle building and all those traditional English pastimes. A walk along the Brigg to explore the rock pools is a must for young and old alike.
Head for the North Sea, and when you get there, stop!
St Kitts is right on The Beach (not actually on the sand but the road along the promenade is called The Beach!) so you can't fail to find us. Just follow any signs for the seafront (or aim at the big blue pond!) and we're towards the south end before it heads back up into town.
There is a train station in the resort, although most of our guests travel by car.
