Is owned by dutch and rich furnished, fully equipped als the kitchen, living with diner for 4, sitting for 4, tv with all international channels also pay channels, airco, washingmachine and dishwasser, bedlinnen and towels, swimming pool. For wintertime the penthouse is equiped with a pellet heating system, for a nice confort and cheap heating.The view from this apartment is really uniek. Situated close to natural park

Definitely a million dollar view!

You can see over to the Benidorm skyscrapers, Albir, Altea, calpe and the penon d'ifach, with stunning sunrises over the sea and lovely sunsets behind the mountains

Feels like the highest building in town (and almost is), and no one overlooks the large balcony.

There is a not unexpected trade-off with a bit of an uphill walk to get from the beach to the villa, but it only takes 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal if you have a car (5 mins drive), but by foot you won't want to do it more than a couple of times each day and certainly not with your weekly shopping! If you are without transport, there are plenty of local taxis around.

But all in all a nice balance between up in the hills and down in the town.

2.5Km walk (each way) to lighthouse is a must - but at sunrise or sunset to get the shade. It's tarmac all the way so also good for bike/run.

The pool is clean and quiet, we had it all to ourselves most of the time, and it's big enough to swim in, although its shape and size mean it's definitely a fun pool, not one for serious swim training. It's 2m deep at one end, about 1.5m at the other. There's minimal shade and no poolside chairs except for 1 stone bench and 2 sun loungers (that were chained up) so you'd need to bring chairs down from the villa.

There was a small BBQ on the balcony, but no BBQ utensils.

Nice big fridge & freezer in kitchen, also 4 ring halogen cooker/oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker, but some kitchen equipment was lacking, eg colander, BBQ tools, baking trays.

Dish washer and wash mc provided and worked well.

Massive shared drying terrace in addition to private balcony with loads of room for 4+ people

Easy parking in the street outside the villa.

Electricity was an extra cost, about 40 Eur for our 2 weeks (but we didn't use the aircon, this would boost the usage a bit), cleaning extra cost - 75 Eur, neither of these charges were advised before arrival

2nd bedroom a bit small, and we had to make up second bed ourselves

Plenty of linen and towels provided but only 1 pillow per person, we'd prefer two.

Not really enough room for second bed in the bedroom. Shelves collapsed in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom so we couldn't use them.

Aircon in lounge only (ie not in bedrooms) but breeze keeps you cool most of the time, electric fans also provided

Tap water is apparently not drinkable, so you need bottled. It's very cheap in the supermarkets, but you probably need a car to transport it.

No sign of mosquitoes!

As other tenants now very well, we would have done everything to make your stay more pleasant. You only have to ask and we will by immediate that kitchen necisisty you need, as others has experienced. In the meantime we have improved the kitchen necessity.
