Situated on "the montgo " with great views of the mountain.Large secluded garden.Off road parking for 3 small /medium cars behind electric gate, with pedestrian access. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs . The kitchen lounge and dining area is open plan with a light and airy feel . The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 seats and is equipped with modern appliances . There is a downstairs wc and the 2 largest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The family bathroom (with bath) services the remaining bedrooms . PLEASE NOTE :during July & August we only take Saturday-Saturday bookings .

There is significant investment in the town - evident from a purpose built shopping mall, new marina and university.

If you wish to spend more time cooking and staying in, the property is conveniently situated to two supermarkets and the town centre (both walking distance) but plenty of parking if you wish to drive.

Mountain walks and unspoilt beaches are a short drive away and continue for much of the coastline.

Travel:

Valencia airport to the north is 1 hour 20 mins away and Alicante airport is 1 hour 15 mins to the south,use of a car is recomended.

Distances:

Denia town centre is approximately 1500 metres away with its historic castle numerous shops restaurants and bars.
