Situated on "the montgo " with great views of the mountain.Large secluded garden.Off road parking for 3 small /medium cars behind electric gates with security camera the gate has pedestrian access. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs . The kitchen lounge and dining area is open plan with a light and airy feel . The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 seats and is equipped with modern appliances . There is a downstairs wc and the 2 largest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The family bathroom (with bath) services the remaining bedrooms . PLEASE NOTE :during July & August we only take Saturday-Saturday bookings .

5 mins drive to nearest beach (25 min walk) or 10 mins to long stretch of beach north of Denia. There are 2 marinas in Denia within 5 mins drive. Main port offers daily routes to Ibiza!

Travel:

Valencia airport to the north is 1 hour 20 mins away and Alicante airport is 1 hour 15 mins to the south,use of a car is recomended.

Distances:

Denia town centre is approximately 1500 metres away with its historic castle numerous shops restaurants and bars.
