Roy and Rebecca live in Maidenhead Berkshire UK with their Kerry blue terrier "Murphy " . Roy is semi retired now and started a double glazing company in 1994 . Rebecca is a freelance copy writer having left a large hotel chain in 2014 .

The property offers everything we want from a family holiday home and potentially a home for our retirement. The property and the area has everything we want to lead a comfortable, fun yet easy life - with tranquility, picturesque coastline, sunshine and a buzzing, authentic Spanish social scene in the town centre. There is significant investment in the town - evident from a purpose built shopping mall, new marina and university.

5 mins drive to nearest beach (25 min walk) or 10 mins to long stretch of beach north of Denia. There are 2 marinas in Denia within 5 mins drive. Main port offers daily routes to Ibiza!


Valencia airport to the north is 1 hour 20 mins away and Alicante airport is 1 hour 15 mins to the south,use of a car is recomended.


Denia town centre is approximately 1500 metres away with its historic castle numerous shops restaurants and bars.

The tranquility and scenery of the property itself combined with the close proximity to a busy traditional and modern Spanish social scene are what make this villa so special. If you wish to spend more time cooking and staying in, the property is conveniently situated to two supermarkets and the town centre (both walking distance) but plenty of parking if you wish to drive. Mountain walks and unspoilt beaches are a short drive away and continue for much of the coastline. Swimming pool, table tennis and all the home comforts you need can stop you exploring the area!
