RECENTLY INSTALLED A NEW INTERNET TV SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDES SKY SPORTS & MOVIES AS WELL AS BT SPORT, OVER 300 MOVIES, BOX SET SERIES AND TV CATCH UP.

The private front garden with table, chairs and parasol is fully tiled, has planted flower beds and leads up onto the extended patio area. The front door leads into a lounge diner with dining table & chairs, side board with English TV channels, DVD player and WiFi router. One of the sofas easily converts into a double bed. There is a downstairs W/C. First floor has both bedrooms and bathroom. Staircase leads to the private roof terrace with sun loungers, table, washing line and cold water shower. The house is equipped with hot & cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 lightweight sun loungers, sun umbrella, inflatables, balls, cool box and BBQ.

About Chris & Tracy Reeve

We live in Norfolk, England with our 2 children and try to spend as much time as possible in our Spanish home. We love the Spanish culture and climate allowing us to relax and enjoy our holidays at anytime during the year. As we enjoy spending time here we have furnished our property as a home and not as a holiday let in order to provide every comfort and convenience that will ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.

We love the location of our home as it's in a peaceful area and yet within walking distance to some excellent beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Further more within short driving distance there are a wide variety of amenities such as golf courses, shopping centres, water-park, go-karting, cinema, casino, nature reserve and other fantastic beaches.

What makes this house unique

Our property benefits in having the use of 2 large pools set in well maintained gardens. During July and August our community employs a full time life guard for that extra peace of mind for families. We employ Karen and Ray a local English speaking couple to take care of our property and our guests, they are always happy to help with making your holiday enjoyable. They know the area very well and are more than happy to assist our guests with their knowledge.

Notes on accommodation: We have been owners for several years and become friends with our neighbouring owners so should you require further properties for friends or family we are more than happy to contact those owners for you and arrange. Outside: Our front garden is enclosed and fully tiled with an extended terrace for relaxing and Al Fresco Dining. We have one large BBQ in our private front garden enabling you to either entertain or have a romantic meal under the stars. Cleaning / Towels / Linen : Cleaning, all bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied within the price. Cots can be arranged if required.

Wonderful

The house had everything we needed and more. Ray & Karen key holders arranged our transfers and met us at the house with milk and water as we got there late lovely thought. Easy access to bars shops restaurants and beaches and some lovely walks.pool areas clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and we cannot wait to return in the near future.

We stayed in this property with our 3 kids aged 15,12 & 8 & would have to say we had a great holiday

The property was excellent as in it had everything we could have wanted for us & the kids,from Sun terrace on the roof (where it gets v.hot & has a shower to cool you down)& beautiful for a drink in the evening where we went practically every night while the kids watched a movie,WiFi,tv channel's,board games,deckchairs,portable Sun beds,anything you can think of actually Chris&Tracy have it covered,basically like our own home but in Spain,even down to a needle to pump the ball's for the kids to play with,fantastic!!

Pools were spotless & very well kept with pool attendant on duty,also as it is such a nice area with lots of people wanting a holiday similar to ours,i would say,quiet & relaxing.

A great well stocked supermarket & nice places to eat within a 10 min walk & all at reasonable prices the best which we agreed was the captain's table,great fish,chips& mushy peas for €7.50,I recommend you try it,v.tasty.

We hired a car for our stay which I think is a must if you really want to find the best beaches & places to visit,a 15 min drive up the n332 road we found mil palmeras beach which we went to most days as it has great parking compared to the rest & it is fantastic,zenia beach was nice also but v.limited parking & has rocks in the water which can prove hazardous!!

Aquapolis waterpark is only 15 mins away & we spent 5 hours there which is the longest we have ever spent in a waterpark anywhere on our hols,kids loved it (so did we) & loads of parking & also let you bring in your own packed lunch which is great as some other parks do not,a must for a visit!

With 3 females in the family we went to the zenia shopping centre at least 3 times for shopping & has great shops for all & is also 10 mins drive away,another place worth a visit!!

I could go on forever about the area as there is so much to do but all I can say is the family all loved it & agreed we would definitely come back,100%!!

I will finish by saying mucho,mucho gracias to Chris&Tracy for being so helpful with everything & our stay being so good was some way down to them & they provide as much help as possible to make your holiday enjoyable,even emailing us a map of the local area & also to Ray&Karen the property minders who were only a phone call away if we needed anything but we didn't need to as Chris &Tracy had it all covered!!!

Best family holiday we ever had,No doubt about it!!!

Once again thanks for everything Chris & Tracy,We loved every minute!!

Lovely Homely Town House

Coast/Beach:

The whole coast in this part of Spain is very picturesque with several sandy beaches connected by a coastal promenade and walkway. This is a rare feature in Spain and makes for lovely walks at any time of the day or year. The nearest sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 20 minute walk away, from where you can walk along the coast to other beaches or into Torrevieja. You can reach many other beaches by car which are within a 5 to 30 minutes drive.

Travel:

La Cinuelica is located off the N332 at Punta Prima. Fly to either Alicante (45mins to our house) or Murcia (30mins). We are a 5 minute drive south of the town Torrevieja.

Distances:

San Miguel de Salinas, a typical Spanish village is 10 minutes drive and has authentic bars and restaurants.

There is a water park near Torrevieja called Aquapolis. This is open from early June to the middle of September from 11.00am to 7.00pm. Prices are around 25 euros for adults and 20 euros for children. Massive discounts if you return within 7 days, a must for a fun filled family day out.

Further Details:

New for 2013 is the massive La Zenia Boulevard, if you like shopping, you will love this place, it has everything!!

There are markets 7 days a week, Playa Flamenca (Sat), Benijofar & Lemon Tree (Sun), San Pedro del Pinatar (Mon), Orihuela (Tues), San Miguel de Salinas (Wed), Guardamar (Thurs), Torrevieja (Fri).
