The private front garden with table, chairs and parasol is fully tiled, has planted flower beds and leads up onto the extended patio area. The front door leads into a lounge diner with dining table & chairs, side board with English TV channels, DVD player and WiFi router. One of the sofas easily converts into a double bed. There is a downstairs W/C. First floor has both bedrooms and bathroom. Staircase leads to the private roof terrace with sun loungers, table, washing line and cold water shower. The house is equipped with hot & cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 lightweight sun loungers, sun umbrella, inflatables, balls, cool box and BBQ.

Our family fully enjoyed their stay. The house is very welcoming ,spacious and well maintained.

We all had a fantastic two weeks. The children made full use of the pool. Easy access to bars and restauralnts. The BBQ was a great and we really had some great evenings. our transfers were well organised and on time. Thank you again for a lovely two weeks. Fantastic Stay

We really cannot fault this Spanish Town House, it was beautiful. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children, the amenities & layout were delightful. The gardens around the pool area are very well looked after and very clean. It has everything there you could possibly need for your stay. We would sit out the front of a morning with our coffee and late afternoon when we wanted some piece and quiet from the pool area would disappear to the top balcony where the sun was always beaming. Everything you need is in walking distance and we found a couple of lovely little bars/restaurants out the back of the complex (a 5 minute walk) that serve a lovely breakfast. Most evenings we would take a stroll down the strip which is about a 15minute walk where there are plenty of bars/restaurants and often an extended stroll to the sunrise bars along the front. Definitely worth a visit. We would most certainly book to stay here again.

Short stay

We only used this property for 5 nights as a base to scan the surrounding area's and properties with a view to making our own purchase. We didn't really make use of any of the facilities available due to this, but the property is well maintained and clean.

If you have a car make the effort to get out and about, there is a lot to see and do.

Great Holiday Home, Really Enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful week in Chris and Tracey's house. The house itself was perfect. Definitely a home away from home- we settled in immediately on the first day. The house was very clean and tidy and all facilities that were listed were there. A spacious sitting room with TV, DVD, board games books etc- not to mention the WiFi! The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Washing machine was great to have with the retractable line out the back. The two bedrooms were fab and the a/c in each room was much appreciated at night time. The double room had a beautiful balcony which faced the front and got the sun first thing in the morning. The twin bedroom was ideal for the kids and had everything needed. The main bathroom was spacious with a shower in the bath and had great water pressure. The third floor was the sun roof as described and 2 sun-loungers- it was very hot up here!!

There was a lovely patio out the front of the house where we ate breakfast every day- a real treat!

The area around the house was very quiet when we were there. We felt very safe here. There was no noise at night time and no disruptions. There was a basketball court/soccer court across from the front of the house, where our 2 kids went to play most evenings.

They beautiful swimming pools was around the corner from the house and access to it was gained with a key. The pools and pool area were fab. We spent a few hours there most days- my youngest just loved it. We brought the sun-loungers and floats which which available in the house- not forgetting to mentions the bath towels provided by Chris & Tracey.

The surrounding area was great and the detailed information we received was great. the restaurants and shop were only a 10-15 min walk from the house and the beach another 5-10 mins after that. We tried out a few of the restaurants recommended and loved them all. Water park went down a treat- went there twice. As we had the car we went to the mud baths in Las Charcas which my other half loved!!

We were in contact the Karen throughout our stay and she was easily contactable if there were any questions. Before we arrived Karen was kind enough to have milk in the fridge for us as we weren't arriving until after midnight- it was lovely to wake up and have that first cup of tea in the morning.I would definitely recommend this property to all of my friends and family.Chris and Tracey were a pleasure to deal with from the very first exchange via email. Would definitely book again.

Homely, well kept property in an excellent location

Super property in an excellent location very close to all the local amenities that you would want - supermarkets and excellent restaurants 10 minutes away and beaches within a 30 minute walk. House comfortable and well equipped. Owners Chris and Tracy were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any queries we had and Ray, the key holder met us when we arrived to show us round. Would definitely recommend.

Great relaxing Xmas break!!

We have had a really lovely relaxing break. Tracy was so helpful and kept in touch with us all through the booking. She arranged for transfers from the airport so we didn't need to hire a car. The house was spotlessly clean. very well equipped with absolutely everything you could need on your stay. Restaurants are a 15 min walk away. Excellent choice too. Yu Chinese is good food with amazing value. Lal Qila Indian is good too. Puccini's does the best steak ever! Had to go back on the last night to have another one, which was just as nice. So relaxed now, just wish we could have stayed a little longer. Thanks again Tracy and Chris, we will be recommending you to all our friends.

We love the location of our home as it's in a peaceful area and yet within walking distance to some excellent beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Further more within short driving distance there are a wide variety of amenities such as golf courses, shopping centres, water-park, go-karting, cinema, casino, nature reserve and other fantastic beaches.

Nearest Airport : Alicante and Murcia at 50 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Various Bars & Restuarants at 500 Metres Nearest Golf : Villa Martin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Giacomo (Formerly Puccini's) at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Punta Prima has 2 beaches at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary


The whole coast in this part of Spain is very picturesque with several sandy beaches connected by a coastal promenade and walkway. This is a rare feature in Spain and makes for lovely walks at any time of the day or year. The nearest sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 20 minute walk away, from where you can walk along the coast to other beaches or into Torrevieja. You can reach many other beaches by car which are within a 5 to 30 minutes drive.


La Cinuelica is located off the N332 at Punta Prima. Fly to either Alicante (45mins to our house) or Murcia (30mins). We are a 5 minute drive south of the town Torrevieja.


San Miguel de Salinas, a typical Spanish village is 10 minutes drive and has authentic bars and restaurants.

There is a water park near Torrevieja called Aquapolis. This is open from early June to the middle of September from 11.00am to 7.00pm. Prices are around 25 euros for adults and 20 euros for children. Massive discounts if you return within 7 days, a must for a fun filled family day out.

New for 2013 is the massive La Zenia Boulevard, if you like shopping, you will love this place, it has everything!!

There are markets 7 days a week, Playa Flamenca (Sat), Benijofar & Lemon Tree (Sun), San Pedro del Pinatar (Mon), Orihuela (Tues), San Miguel de Salinas (Wed), Guardamar (Thurs), Torrevieja (Fri).

Our property benefits in having the use of 2 large pools set in well maintained gardens. During July and August our community employs a full time life guard for that extra peace of mind for families. We employ Karen and Ray a local English speaking couple to take care of our property and our guests, they are always happy to help with making your holiday enjoyable. They know the area very well and are more than happy to assist our guests with their knowledge.
