I converted the stable block for holiday lets It has an unique position.It is on the edge of glorious Northumberland countryside but also within half a mile of a good range of shops for everyday living. It is also extremely quiet but just off a good public road & about 4 miles from the A1. It is perfect for both the holiday maker (with or without children) and equally as good for workers working in the locality. It is within half an hours drive of some of Northumberland's National Trust & English Heritage properties as well as clean, uncrowded beaches & Newcastle upon Tyne city centre & the Metro Centre for shopping. Both County Durham and Cumbria are within 1 hours drive (Beamish Open Air Museum in County Durham and the Lake District in Cumbria). I am 40 miles from the Scottish border.

Any day of the week for a changeover except in July & August when it is a Saturday. Arriving anytime between 3.00pm & 9.00pm, departing not later than 10.00am.

There is a small gamesroom for the children (snooker / pool / billiards), table tennis, darts, exercise bike etc. There is a large garden with a hard tennis court (rackets & balls provided), as well as a BBQ. Undercover parking for 1 car at the door and further parking in grounds..Within haf a mile of shops, pubs & restaurants, on a working farm. Adjoining cottage also available, please ring for details.
