Set in the hills of the pretty area of Siesta, the villa is a luxury, contemporary home, conveniently located, but with a position that allows guests their privacy. If you are searching for a villa that includes style, comfort and a great location, then this villa is perfect for you.

This modern Ibiza villa is located in a quiet, residential area, within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Santa Eulalia and Siesta.

Set over three levels the six bedrooms and four bathrooms make it ideal for large groups and families, offering plenty of space and privacy. Great care has been taken to ensure that guests are comfortable and have all modern facilities close to hand. All of the rooms are decorated to a very high standard, with smooth sleek lines and contemporary artwork and furniture. The elegant décor and state of the art technology makes it one our most attractive villas in Ibiza.

Large open plan ground floor living with lounge, kitchen and dining area. Spacious lounge with leather sofas and fireplace, large glass patio doors lead out to a sun terrace and swimming pool area. Sky TV, DVD.

The villa is set on three levels, all rooms are very light and spacious:

Lower level has two double bedrooms, one with a terrace plus a bathroom with shower.

Ground level has a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Lounge with leather sofas and fireplace, large glass patio doors lead out to a sun terrace and swimming pool area.

There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom with shower plus a separate bathroom with shower.

First floor has the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower, patio doors lead to a private terrace plus a single bedroom with patio doors to a terrace.

Outside there is a stunning infinity swimming pool with designer water feature, spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers, BBQ and an alfresco dining area with seating for 12.

A chill out area with sofas from the living room with an option to open or close perspex windows.

The villa has terraces with views over the countryside and to St Eularia and is fully fenced in with gated entrance and security code.

We do accept short breaks early and late season - contact me for rates.

Stunning villa in a great location on Ibiza

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Can Palmeras for a family gathering. The villa is stunning! Beautiful, light, spacious and comfortable, a short stroll to the amenities of Santa Eularia. We found the villa very clean on arrival and the welcome pack really hit the mark! Thank you also for your tips and suggestions on the area. All round a great service.

Coast/Beach:

Ibiza has more than 80 beaches; trendy beach clubs such as Salinas and Cala Jondal, others such as Cala Llonga offer shallow waters perfect for families. Whether you want a long sandy beach or a hidden cove, Ibiza has something to offer. The north of Ibiza is stunning with unblemished acres of lemon & olive groves. The stunning old town of Ibiza with luxury marina and the citadel of D’alt Vila steeped in history dating back to the Phoenicians is a definite must to visit while you are here.

Ibiza Airport 15 minutes drive.

Distances:

The local shops and beach of Siesta is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive.

Santa Eularia promenade and beaches is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

Santa Eularia centre is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Ibiza Town is a 10 minute drive. Cala Llonga family resort and beach is a 5 minute drive. Amanate beach club, wedding venue and restaurant is a 5 minute drive.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation must be communicated by way of email with the appropriate proof of payment.
The date this email is received will determine the following cancellation penalties:
1 - Up to 45 days prior to the date of arrival, the penalty will correspond to 50% of the rental price.
2 - If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 45 days prior to date of arrival, the penalty will correspond to 60% of the rental price.
3 - Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will result in the payment of 100% of the rental price.

We will always give a full refund if we can resell the dates booked for the same price.

Outside: Sun terrace from living area with alfresco dining table & chairs for 12. Sun loungers, stunning infinity pool with designer water feature. Chillout area with sofas from living room with option to open/close Perspex windows. First floor large sun terrace with views over countryside & Santa Eularia. Another shady terrace on the ground level with table and chairs. The property is fully fenced in with gated entrance with security code. Utility Room: Fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean bed linen, towels, beach towels on arrival. Midweek clean & towel change included. Full clean with change of bed linen on changeover day. For stays of more than 7 days, bed linen changed once a week. Extra cleaning available at additional cost.
