The beautiful beaches of Coral Bay are 10 mins away by car

Tha Akamas nature reserve with it's famous Lara beach where the turtles nest is 15 mins away. The villages of Latchi and Polis are 30 mins away by car.

Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both a 25mins drive away.


Paphos International airport is a 25 mins drive away. Larnaca International airport can easily be reached in just under 2 hours. Car hire is available at both airports and is recommended if you wish to explore the area.


The village square at Tala is a 15 mins walk from the apartment. The village of Kissonerga is a 10mins drive and Peyia is a 20 mins drive away. Paphos and Coral Bay are both a 15 mins drive.

Paphos has a combination of history and a cosmopolitan modern tourist centre.

The harbour area of Paphos offers plenty of open air cafes, bars and restaurants which cater for all tastes.

The villages of Polis and Latchi are 30mins away by car. Fishing village of Latchi has some of the best fishing restaurants situated along the pretty harbour.Latchi has plenty to appeal to the tourist. Water sports such as parasailing are available here. Boats can be hired from Latchi harbour from where you can take your boat to the Blue Lagoon and swim in the emerald green sea.

Aphrodites Bath is close by the picturesque rock pool and waterfall where the goddess is believed to have bathed, oozes with magic and mystery.

Aphrodites Water park in Paphos is a good day out for children of all ages.

If you decide to stay , don’t miss the chance of visiting the mountains! I would recommend that you take a hire car - you could visit some of the most popular villages in a day. If you would like to see the mountains at their best you can’t beat taking a short scenic walk, which will reveal so many things you would otherwise miss!

Pafos is an excellent area for walking - mainly in the virtually untouched Akamas peninsula, although if you wish to travel further afield there are also many great walks in the Troodos hills. There are numerous guidebooks which give details on walks and there are also leaflets available from any CTO office.

Climate in Paphos/ Tala

The average daytime temperature from June to September is 32 C, from December to February 16 C and from March to May, and October to November - 25 C. Paphos area often is about 2C cooler in summer time and 2C warmer in winter time than other towns.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time 3pm. Departure time 10am. However early arrival and late departure times will be catered for where possible.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A refundable security deposit of £100 is requested with the final balance.

A welcome pack as well as internet access can be provided on request. No smoking inside the apartment. No pets allowed. Allocated private parking place. Outside: A meandering river, starting from within a rockery, runs through the middle of the complex, interconnecting with the two swimming pools along the way and ending at a third incredible split level infinity pool. Beautifully landscaped gardens with gazebos surround this exceptional feature which will simply take your breath away! Patio doors from kitchen/dining lead onto the large balcony which has a table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining, socialising and relaxing. It has a roof, so you can enjoy eating outside without being sunburnt or just looking onto the garden, swimming pool and the Mediterranean sea. The second bedroom has its own balcony with panoramic sea view. A private parking space is located next to the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival all linen and towels are provided. There is a linen change included in the price if longer than one week stay. Other: Both balconies have uninterrupted panoramic sea view. The large roofed balcony has a table with 4 chairs and sofa. The overall area of the apartment is more than 100 square metres.
