Great winter holiday

We enjoyed 13 nights in Gill's apartment in early December, which was a brilliant winter's break. Instructions were easy to follow (directions and accessing the apartment), the apartment was comfy and had all that we needed and the small indoor pool and wifi close to the pool were great. We had a few queries during our stay and Gill replied by text message within minutes. We breakfasted on the balcony most days with views over the sea. Temperatures were a very comfortable 19-21 degrees with sunshine most days. Hiring a car made it easy to get around for both sight-seeing and shopping. With few people around, it was a very peaceful holiday and we hope to return again, perhaps when the weather is slightly warmer so we can enjoy the lovely outdoor pool and terrace, and explore more of beautiful Cyprus. This clean and spacious apartment has everything you need for your stay. Lovely sea & rooftop views from the balcony. WiFi is an additional charge, though not very much. There is TV and AirCon though we didn't use either of these during our stay as there is too much to do rather than watch TV & the ceiling fans were plenty sufficient to cool the rooms. Also the outdoor pool looked inviting but with blue flag beaches nearby we opted to swim/snorkel in the sea. We checked out the indoor facilities which appear adequate but probably wouldn't use these during a 'holiday', these seemed more beneficial to residents. From the moment of booking until the moment of checking out everything ran smoothly with concise information passed on from the owner and pleasant communication throughout. We rented a car from the airport which is recommended though we can't comment on local public transport as in this case it wasn't required. The location is perfect, Peyia is within easy reach of many of the 'must-visit' places such as St Georges, Latchi, Polis, Paphos, Troodos etc and only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay. We visited out of season and everywhere was still open and welcoming, we imagine there to be a lovely buzz about the place in the summer months. If you are wanting more of a 'local' feel (a mix of English/Cypriot) to your stay and enjoy your independence we highly recommend booking this apartment

Clean, welcoming apartment with wonderful sea view

The apartment was very clean, well maintained with all mod cons and terrific sea views as well as a good sized pool. Local shops not too far away and within easy reach of Coral Bay. In short, great value - many thanks to the owner!

Very clean, great location, adequate for our needs

The property was in a great location, quite and near enough to Peyia town centre to walk. The view off the good size balcony was breath taking. The rooms were nice and airy and light and adequately furnished. The complex has a good size pool and lots of space to sunbathe with sunbeds. Overall we could not fault what we got and for a good price.

Well situated, well maintained, good facilities.

As a holiday apartment this is quite adequate and the apartment itself has all the basic necessities. We always choose self-catering but this is the first time we'd had an apartment that wasn't connected to, or part of, a hotel, and it was good to be totally independent.

We were on the second floor and had a wonderful view from the balcony down to the coastline, or up into the hills in the other direction. It is in an attractive residential area but is conveniently placed for access to all routes for touring, and Peyia village is within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider coming here again. Thank you!

A peaceful property with a beautiful view

A well appointed apartment with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Just a short walk from the local shops and excellent restaurants serving local food.

Coral Bay is close by and there is a good bus service to there and to Phaphos.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.
