A fully modernised property with enclosed garden with vine grove, looking out to sea. The property is located on Oasis de Capistrano, one of the best maintained residential parts of Nerja. Full time gardeners and security staff ensure that the area is always of the highest standard. The property is fully equipped with modern air conditioning, new windows and doors, air conditioning, satellite TV with UK channels (inc. Sky sports), modern furniture and kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Outside the property has a small lawned area and patio and is fully enclosed. There are three shared swimming pools exlusively for residents and guests, one of which is a children's pool, all surrounded by palm trees and wonderful flowers. There is a poolside bar and restaurant. Nerja town centre and the famous Balcon de Europe beach are a comfortable walk away. Burriana beach can be accessed in 15 minutes walk down a path that runs through avacado orchards and past a 'roman aquaduct'.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is extremely well presented. It was absolutely immaculate. It is well equipped - very much home from home.

The garden is beautiful and very private with a spacious patio where you can sit and look out to sea.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back soon.

Coast/Beach:

The property overlooks the sea and is 15 minutes walk from Burriana beach, the main beach of Nerja. The walk is down a path and track through local avacado orchards. There are also many coves and secluded beaches within a few minutes drive along the coast.

Travel:

Nerja is 55kms from Malaga airport and takes approximatley 1hr by car.

Distances:

Nerja town centre is 5 minute drive or 20 minutes comfortable walk
