The apartment is in a great position with lovely views of the Levante beach and the mountains.

The apartment was spotless and very spacious.

Lovely balcony to sit on and take in the sunshine and the view.

Superb

What can I say booked the penthouse for a birthday treat for my hubby and we was amazed. The location 10/10, the facilities at the penthouse 10/10. It was just like home from home and we wanted for nothing. Stunning views and the weather was perfect. The hosts ali and his wife were very helpful and only at the end of the phone should you need them. Will definately be going back

Supreme Luxury And Fantastic Views

3 of us as a family stayed for a week and wished it was a longer stay.From the moment we arrived we were all very happy with the apartment.

After a quick phone call to Ali the owner of the apartment when we arrived at Alicante Airport we got a shuttle to the apartment.

Ali the owner met us and showed us all around the apartment.

He explained everything very well to us about the apartment.

He was a very nice guy and was very easy to talk to.

The apartment was very clean and spacious.

The beds were very comfortable.

The Jacuzzi made it extra special and a very nice way to relax.

The fridge freezer was quite big and handy to store all the essentials.

The washing machine was great as you had everything cleaned before you got back home.

Towels provided were nice and big.

Everything you needed was provided.

The sun loungers were great to lie out on.

Had a brilliant time and this had to be the best apartment we ever stayed in.

Would highly recommend.

penthouse deluxe

Just had 10 nights at the penthouse apartment absolutely loved it wasn't one thing you could fault.The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed for your stay.The owner Alistair was a lovely man really friendly and helpful . I will be telling all my friends about this and all their other apartments they have .I will definitely be back just looking at all the apartments so will be booking pretty soon.

simply the best

We were absolutely delighted with this pent house, it was everything we wished for and more. When we arrived Allister met us and made us oh so welcome. He was a complete gentleman and could not do enough for us. The apartment was very large with a lovely lounge with nice modern furniture. The bathrooms were superb and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. I just loved the massive memory foam bed, it was so comfortable and guaranteed to give you a good nights sleep. The best part was the huge balconies overlooking the sea and the whole of the coast of Benidorm. It was magnificent. We had to drag ourselves out in the evening as we just wanted to sit with our sundowner and gaze at the wonderful views. On our last day Allister came to the apartment and offered to look after our cases while we went to pick up a hire car. I was so sorry to keep him as it took us ages to sort all the paperwork out but Allister and his wife were waiting on their car park for us keeping guard of our cases. I can't thank them enough for making our holiday perfect. We would definitely return to this penthouse and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the best.

Fab Penthouse

Just returned from a week at the penthouse and as other reviewers have said it is fabulous. The apartment was spotless, big, with the most comfortable bed and nice modern furniture. Ali was great from first booking and throughout our short stay. My only comment would be that the furniture on the terrace is heavy and this will be necessary for the breeze, but a light table which could be placed in the bbq area when out of the apartment and overnight would be handy as the one already in there was a bit heavy as well!! Already looking to book again.

Nearest Airport : Alicante airport at 59 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Levante Beach at 30 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Benidorm's Levante beach is just a walk through the gardens from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.

Travel:

Alicante International airport is located at 67km (58km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.

Distances:

Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if thats not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.

Subject to same day arrivals/departures, you are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am and new arrivals can enter by 4.00pm. Luggage storage can be arranged so you can enjoy the last day of your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days can be flexible to suit holiday requirements. Meet & greet at the property from 9.00am till 10.00pm Other times to be discussed prior to arrival. The property has to be vacated by 10.00am and new arrivals can enter after 4.00pm.

Prices include electricity and water (abusive use will be charged accordingly)
An amount of 50 euros is charged for final cleaning on departure.
Linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday.
A returnable security deposit of 300 euros is to be paid on arrival which will be returned after final inspection of the apartment.

A non-refundable 25% deposit payment of the total rental amount is to be paid to confirm a booking, the remaining amount should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival date
