Villa in Los Tablazos, Nerja, Spain - 5 Minutes Drive To Nerja And Beaches

Sleeps 4 & baby cot. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom country villa in a peaceful location with private pool just a 5 mins drive from Nerja with its beautiful beaches and relaxed nightlife. With large south facing terraces enjoying all day sun and spectacular views of the sea and mountains, the villa is set within a secure walled garden of 1250m2. The garden is laid mainly to lawn, ideal for football, and there are numerous fruit trees and a separate orchard area which is fenced off for child safety. The pool is 10m x 3.5m and can be lit for night time swimming.

Easy access on a concrete track, just 400m from main road and the bus service to Nerja and Frigiliana. The nearest point of reference is Hotel Rural Almazara where the local bus stops. Free WIFI is at the property and there is excellent mobile phone reception. There is a fully fitted summer kitchen in the garden with full-size gas oven and hob, fridge, sink and chimenea BBQ.

Satellite to receive BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Additional Sky Satellite to receive all Sky channels, including sport & movies, which is dependant on weather conditions and if Sky decide to move their beam again.

Kitchen refitted in 2014 with all new appliances.

Amazing Villa

An stunning villa with everything you possibly need. Peace and quiet but only a few minutes away from the lovely town of Nerja. Highly recommended, we are hoping to go back soon.

Great Villa, Great Location

Very nice villa conveniently located on the edge of Nerja. You can actually walk into the town on quiet roads - 1 mile to the edge and 2 miles to the centre and coast. Or more realistically an easy drive. Good off-street parking. Villa was as described, well equipped and the outside cooking area a great bonus. Internet was a nice addition, especially for the kinds. Nerja is a great town, relatively unspoilt with plenty of shops and restaurants. Would not hesitate to go back to the villa.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


Most of the beaches in Nerja can be accessed with a 5 - 8 minute drive. They all vary enormously, from secluded coves to the famous Burriana Beach which has numerous restaurants and facilities for scuba diving, paragliding, windsurfing etc. There is also a naturist beach in nearby Maro.


Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car via the autovia. Granada airport is 1 hour & 15 minutes away.


2km to Nerja, 3km to Frigiliana. Granada is 1hr 15 mins drive.

Further Details:

Nerja is famous for its excellent restaurants, bars and cafes and there are plenty to choose from. There are markets in all the local towns and villages, details of which can be found in the villa. Aqua Parks are in Velez Malaga and Almunecar.

Booking Notes:
25% non-returnable deposit on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. A £100 refundable security fee is payable with the balance, to cover breakages, damage, loss of keys etc. This will be returned 7 days after your holiday. Payment to be made by bank transfer. 10% discount on 2nd week for 14 night bookings.

Changeover Day:
Saturday preferred but we will consider midweek bookings. Arrival time 3.00pm. Departure time 10.00am. We try to be flexible to allow our guests to take advantage of cheaper flights, therefore, arrival and departure times can be altered by prior agreement.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is our permanent holiday home and is furnished with many personal belongings. Please feel free to use whatever will make your stay more enjoyable. There are fly screens on most windows and ceiling fans in all rooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and there is a flat screen TV here with free-to-view Sky. The ensuite to this bedroom has been totally remodelled and there is a large walk-in glass block shower cubicle. The cabinets and sanitary ware are all of a modern design. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. The family bathroom contains a full-size bath with shower attachment at one end and glass shower screen. A travel cot with mattress is available at no extra charge. A highchair is also available at no extra charge. A food pack containing milk, bread, etc can be provided on request and payment can be made direct to our caretaker on your arrival. Solar panels on the roof provide ample hot water. The kitchen was renovated in 2014 with all new appliances. Outside: Adjacent to the private pool is a very large south-facing terrace which has a permanent shaded area with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Another shaded terrace is at the front of the property with additional tables and chairs. The outside area is totally private and is not overlooked. There is a fully fitted summer kitchen in the garden with full size gas oven and hob, fridge, sink and chimenea BBQ. This is an established garden, laid mainly to lawn, with many mature fruit trees. There is an additional orchard area which we have fenced and gated to prevent children having access to the outside walls. At the back of the house are stairs leading up to a very large roof terrace with table & chairs which affords spectacular all round views of the sea, Nerja, the countryside leading to Frigiliana and the mountains. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard to the rear of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen provided and changed weekly. Beach towels not provided. Villa cleaned before arrival of new guests. Garden and pool maintenance provided on a regular basis.
