'Superb location' catering for large groups of adults and families looking to celebrate together.

The Luxury Vilamoura resort area offers a fabulous diversity of experiences, from the quiet pine forest ambles and Atlantic beaches, to the glamorous Yacht Marina, casino, shooting club, tennis club, riding school and a choice of nightclubs.

The main attractions are the environmentally-conscious planned development's four golf courses and Polvo Watersports Algarve water park. The area's past is brought to the forefront with a preserved Roman site and the Museum of Cerro da Vila.

This traditional 1970's villa is the closest privately owned villa to the marina making the shortest possible walk to the marina, town, shops and restaurants.

It is set in beautiful south facing gardens with its own private pool (not heated), Sun loungers, Charcoal BBQ, & 3 terraces overlooking the pool.

There is also a pool table, 2 lounge rooms, Tv/DVD, PS3, wi-fi and air-con (£100 additional cost per stay).

The local golf courses are all within a 1km radius (5 min car/taxi ride).

Transport/Transfers can be organised.

we do not recommend young children use the basement level as the interior staircase is very steep.

Also please check photographs and be aware 1 bedroom in the basement is self-contained and doesn't have a window.

Brian owns this Villa, he is a retired businessman who has lived in Vilamoura for the last 9 years. He has been visiting for 15 years to play golf. Victoria (his daughter) organizes the rental of this property as Brian is not brilliant with the internet. If you require any assistance or information organizing your holiday please feel free to ask her. Particularly in regard to airport and golf transfers, restaurants etc.

Absolutely fantastic villa! Great location

A group of 16 women visited vilamoura and stayed in this villa for my hen party. The villa was fantastic, a great size which fit us all in comfortably with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Victoria the owner, had emailed over a manual which included all information regarding the villa and surrounding area for us to research before we came. Victor was extremely helpful and booked taxis for us and arranged water park tickets for us. All it took was a quick text message and it was sorted. I can't praise the owner and victor enough for making our stay and enjoyable, stress free and easily as possible to arrange days and night for a large party. The taxi drivers nuno and Neto were always on time, reliable and a reasonable price. Multiple transfers were arranged via an email, which again was simple and hassle-free. We have loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa and the location to anyone for a party or a getaway in the sun. The villa is a 5-10 walk to the marina and a 20 euro taxi ride into albufeira for a more lively and wild night out. A perfect stay made flawless by helpful staff. Many thanks!

A great place to stay

This Villa is a great place to stay. Plenty a space to accommodate adults and children. Great facilities and is well maintained. An ideal location, with a short stroll to the bars, shops, restaurants and beach, were you will find a variety of things to do, and a great selection of menus, to suit all tastes. The Villa is very clean and well maintained.

I would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa would highly recommend

The villa is beautiful Iv stayed there a few years running and every year Iv noticed great improvements. It is local to the marina and in the perfect location. Iv been on a hen do and family holidays. The villa caters for all types of holidays and individuals. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Villa in close proximity to the Marina. Fully loaded with everything you need.

Great spacious Villa good for large golf groups. Villa clean and well maintained. Would recommend this place and would book again. Owner very accommodating, letting our party book in early on the Friday. Stayed a few places in Vilamura, best one to date. Generally excellent.👍

Brilliant Location and facilities for a group stay

Had a great time relaxing by the pool, drinking and playing music. Its a short walk into the marina, town and beach, location is brilliant. Victor was really helpful, The transfers they helped us to arrange with Nuno were great. Would definitely go again and recommend to groups looking to celebrate or relax privately.
