Villa in Vale Pedras, Albufeira. Peaceful location, walking distance to beaches & all local amenities. AL 23133.

This is a spacious and beautiful 4 bedroom villa which can accommodate up to 8 adults. Each bedroom has it's own private en-suite bathroom with bath and shower (over bath). Extra children are welcome as we have a baby cot in the villa (suitable for up to babies aged 2) and also a fold-out bed (suitable for children up to age 12) therefore the villa can accommodation 8 adults + 1 child + baby.

The villa is ideally located in a residential area of Albufeira with some basic shops, cafes and a cash point within a couple of minutes walk. The main shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are about 10 minutes walk from the villa. Faro airport is a 30 minutes journey and a transfer can be arranged for you.

It boasts a large lounge with a piano, dining table and chairs, a plasma TV with English channels, free internet access via wifi and hot/cold air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a separate utility room with washing machine and lots of storage space.

Set over 2 levels, there is one bedroom with twin single beds located on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have large double beds, TV with English channels, electronic safes and mini fridge. The third bedroom on the upper level has twin single beds. These bedrooms share a large terrace which over looks the swimming pool and has views across town to the sea. Stairs lead to the private roof terrace with fantastic views.

Externally there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds, parasol, charcoal barbecue, gardens and terrace for dining with table and chairs for 8 people .

The villa has a security alarm system, double glazed windows with shutters and is completely gated and enclosed making it ideal for a family holiday.

AL 23133 (Alojamento Local - Local Letting License Number). This property is fully registered and legal to accept paying holiday guests.

This is a large, comfortable villa with a modern interior and totally equipped with all that you would need to enjoy your stay. Within walking distance to all local amenities of which you can find some suggestions in our Guest Book at the Villa.

The Oura beach is just a couple of minutes drive from the villa as is Fisherman's beach - both are within approximately a 20 minute walk. There are very many other beautiful beaches to explore in this area and with a hire car which can be arranged with collection and drop off at the airport.


The villa is 30 minutes drive from Faro airport. Airport transfer can be organised.


Albufeira Old Town with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops and the Fisherman's beach just a couple of minutes drive or approximately a 20 minute stroll. Algarve Shopping Mall with multi screen cinema is under a 10 minute drive.

Further Details:

Local attractions include ZooMarine Theme Park, Krazy World, Aqua Show & Slide & Splack water parks, Jeep Safari, boat Boat trips. Car Hire and Airport Transfers can be arranged. A Welcome Pack can also be arranged to include basics like water, milk, juice, bread etc. Bottled water is recommended, however the tap water is safe for boiled, hot drinks.

Please email or telephone with any enquiry. There is a required 25% deposit with all bookings and a final payment must be paid 6 weeks before travel.
A baby cot is provided in the villa suitable for up to age 2 years.
We also have a fold up bed, suitable for children up to 12 years, for an additional charge.

A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation. The final balance will be then due 6 weeks before date of arrival. Or you can choose to pay 100% upon reservation for a 5% discount from the total price. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card or PapPal (additional fees apply to PayPal to cover charges).

The unique benefits of the property are that you are in an ideal location - the beaches are within walking distance and it is an easy stroll to local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The famous "Strip" with it's many shops, restaurants and disco bars is also within close proximity, as is the beautiful and bustling Old Town of Albufeira. The local bus station is just a few minutes walk and from here other areas of the Algarve are easily accessible. The train station is also within a 10 minute drive or taxi ride.

  • Notes on accommodation: The pool has an external shower and 8 sunbeds, parasols and side tables are provided. Access to the villa is gained via a remote controlled intercom with video camera. Outside: The villa is surrounded by a well maintained lawned and landscaped garden.The garden has various plants and trees. The shaded terrace which has access from the lounge has a large table and seating for 8 people. Ideal for summer dining. A traditional Portuguese barbecue is located in this area. Utility Room: Located next to kitchen with washing machine, clothes airer, brushes, mops etc. Iron and ironing board available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen included. Cleaning service is once per week (including arrival day). Bed linen and bath towels changed once per week (including arrival day). Extra services can be pre-booked at an extra cost. Other: A large private roof terrace on the 2nd floor provides an ideal sunbathing spot plus panoramic views over the town to the sea.
