West County Ireland

  • 4 of 5

My family of 4 rented this vacation home for 4 days. It is a great locatin for access to Rimg of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way. The property was spotless but has a few quirks including no tumble dry. It gets very warm upstairs even with windows open. There are no instructions on utilizing the set up which makes it difficult if you are not familiar with Irish set ups. Unfortunately, the owner was not very responsive or welcoming. This area of the country is fabulous and the locals are spectacular!

Owner's Response: A little surprised by this email. I responded within a hour granted I could not give instructions how to use the tumble drier but informed them there was a booklet there to help. I received an email to tell me they had worked it out that day if they could not work it I would have had somebody there next morning to help . we do not offer a welcoming service as I live five hours away we do however have a house keeper who is responsive if needed within the area

Beautiful. Comfortable. Great location.

  • 4 of 5

We were a 3 generation family traveling as a party of 7 people. The Kozy Cottage was clean, comfortable and perfectly situated. Close to Waterville and the Ring of Kerry. There were some miscommunications regarding the key and the hot water but the owner took care of these things immediately. Our stay was just amazing. I hope we get to go back. I highly recommend this property.

High quality relaxed environment

  • 5 of 5

Two small families had a great time. Plenty to do in the area and the house was very well equipped. All the furnishings and decor were great. Private mews and plenty of parking space and very safe.
