In the first suburbs of the fourteenth-century fraction Gazzane di Roe 'Volciano just 2.5 km from the splendid town of Salo', in an oasis of peace, surrounded by the greenery of the Prealps and the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, Corte dei Cipressi Apartments offers four solutions diversified and adjacent for a special holiday for both a family and for groups of three or four families.
The solution shown here offers a bright three-room apartment located in a quiet area convenient to services.
Independent apartment on the first and last floor in a residential complex of a few units, it has a living room with sofa bed, large kitchen area with table for 8 people, terrace. Two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds and terrace, a bathroom with shower. Large garden with dining and relaxation area, barbeque. Garage for one car. The apartment is new, has never been inhabited until 2016 and the new furniture (including mattresses and pillows) was completed in the first weeks of 2016.

A few steps away are: baker, butcher, greengrocer, supermarket, brico, bank, hairdresser, ice cream shop, post office, bar, church, library and playground.

Linen supplied:
sheets, blankets and duvets, towels, tablecloths and dish towels.

Along the road of wines and flavors that crosses the Valtenesi there are wineries and mills open to the public where you can buy locally produced oil and wine.
The landscape offers glimpses of extraordinary beauty: olive groves, vineyards, cultivated fields, small woods, ponds frame the enchanting panorama of Lake Garda.

Goed appartement, fijne gastheer
Het appartement is schoon. Qua inrichting misschien wat weinig zitplaatsen in living. Rustig dorp wat toerisme betreft, maar dichtbij Gardameer en Saló. Grote supermarkt op wandelafstand. Gastheer altijd beschikbaar voor informatie en uitleg.

Les charmes du lac de Gardes et des montagnes
Tout d'abord merci à Corrado pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Correctement équipé, très propre et très spacieux. Literie très bien. Gros plus pour le parking en sous-sol (donc au frais :). Toutes commodités sur place à Roé. En revanche pour le lac il faudra de préférence être motorisé surtout pour les plages les plus sympas. Mais quel bonheur de nager avec Isola del Garda à quelques 100 m! Salo, 1ère localité en bordure du lac (3km) : cette ville est notre préférée ; animée mais moins touristiques que ses consœurs ; beaucoup de charme ; bien achalandée en commerces et restaurants.

Simply Wonderful
The owner is friendly and helpful. He gave us excellent tips for the lake and surroundings. The location is mostly populated with natives. A bastek ball court/children play ground/ supermarket/ pizzeria is nearby. We had a private garage which was a plus factor. We would surely book this Appartement again.

Viel Platz und nahezu alles, was man braucht
Die Anzeige entspricht voll dem, was vor Ort auf einen wartet. Es ist quasi alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt, ist der Vermieter stets erreichbar und hilft gerne. Wir waren zu viel unterwegs, um auch z.B. Garten und Grill zu nutzen - aber auch dies steht zur Verfügung. Wir werden sicherlich wieder dort zu Gast sein.....
