Very well located in the area of Meloneras, South of the island of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, very close to the promenade of the beach and shopping centers, leisure and restaurants. Very quiet place, with common areas, great pool with jacuzzi.
It has two terraces with private garden, one from the front and one from the rear with a garage. It also has air conditioning, free wifi, kitchen equipped with all appliances, including washer and dryer, TV.
Close to the golf course. An ideal place for your whole family to enjoy a pleasant holiday period.

Excellent location but owner/agent leaves a lot to be desired

Too many things that are not good about the property but to summarise: Really felt that the agent was extremely unhelpful. Contacted and they refused to come out! Holes in linen, filthy under the beds, no oven gloves, very little glasses, water heater intermittent at best (no hot water in upstairs bathroom sinks) fridge in main area super noisy, safe broken, dirty towel left in downstairs bathroom, not enough bowls, cutlery and crockery for party of 7. Pool area spotless and apartment very close to pool. Restaurant/bar on site closed.

Fab villa with excellent management team

The property is big and is in a nice quiet location close to facilities. The rooms are large and we'll equipped with comfy beds. It is easy to park on site and you are not far from the beach at Meloneras. The property is well managed by Jose who is regularly in contact by text. Would recommend

Ideal location for you and your family

The villa was ideal for us and was clean and had all amenities you needed. Jose was always in touch via txt and any issues we had or questions were answered immediately. Beds are very comfortable and the pool areas are spotless and very enjoyable. The area on the sea front has all the restaurants you could wish for, and to be honest we never had a bad meal. Basically the area is beautiful and great for families or couples. One minor issue is the Villa number on the wall outside there are two and neither is the same, so a little confusing when you first arrive.
