Exellent 1 bedroom apartment on groundfloor with private pool in own private garden. Perfectly situated between 'the strip' and Albufeira old town (near 'tres palmeiras') - 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and bars on 'the strip' and 15 mins walk to center of Albufeira town. All amenities close at hand - mins walk, car is not a necessity. Comfortably accommodates up to 3 persons - 2 in the double bedroom and 1 on the double sofa bed in the lounge. 2 bathrooms. Quiet building block all year round. Parking area to the front of the building.

Ideal location for both Old town & the Strip

Great apartment, perfect location with plenty to do. Private pool is definately a bonus. Going to Old town was 10 minute walk, return back on the train as was a bit hilly..stopping just round from apartment. Manuel was very friendly. Anabela was easy accessable to answer any queries. Can't wait to return. Thank you

Great apartment clean tidy and what a bonus with the private pool, situated close to the old town and strip with plenty of things to do.

Will definitely be coming back in the near future and would recommend this property to friends and family.

This apartment is fantastic,will definitely be returning,the owner is very friendly.The apartment is well equipped with everything you need,swimming pool is a great size to chill out,gets the sun all day,handy for shops,beach the strip and the old town.highly recommend.

Outstanding partment

On arrival we were greeted by the owner Manuel a very friendly and welcoming gentleman. On showing us around the apartment he couldn't do enough for us. We were very impressed with the very spacious, maintained and well equipped apartment and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout. This apartment is in a great location, easy access to the new and old town depending on the route you take. Anabela was also accessible liaising with me throughout our booking and on hand to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely leisurely time just chilling by the ample sized pool, good for a swim and cool down, as we were blessed with really hot weather and not being overlooked at the time of our stay. The old town has great entertainment, bars and restaurants. We regularly visited Limas bar who plays Bob Marley etc. with good priced beer and also the Vertigo Rock bar who have a great guitarist Vitor Bacalhau who expresses great passion when playing, a must to see.

A great holiday would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here for 8nights, Loved the location in between the strip and the old town and also about ten minutes to the beach, spent most of our time down the old town it is really nice there, large variety of shops and also different restaurants, there is also a local supermarket about 2 minutes away from the apartment and a few restaurants, I recommend the angelus bar they do a good breakfast and also have karaoke night in the evenings, The owner came around and left us fresh towels ect, really loved the swimming pool sun was always beaming on it, highly recommended this apartment :)

Ideal

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, roomy, bright & clean, owner came around several times to clean pool & surrounding area!! Beach 10 mins away, we used the electric train to get to the Old Town, a bit far/hilly for us to walk. Taxi's cheap, we recommend the Palacete restaurant, 10 mins walk away, fabulous food & very reasonable. We also used a small bar called "Cheers" 10 mins walk away, friendly & cheap. The Saturday market @ Loule is well worth a visit, gypsy market is tatty, but walk through the colourful town to the main market, really good morning. We both didn't like the "Strip" to much, would be ok I suppose for the younger folks! Pool area gets the sun all day. I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.
