Exellent 1 bedroom apartment on groundfloor with private pool in own private garden. Perfectly situated between 'the strip' and Albufeira old town (near 'tres palmeiras') - 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and bars on 'the strip' and 15 mins walk to center of Albufeira town. All amenities close at hand - mins walk, car is not a necessity. Comfortably accommodates up to 3 persons - 2 in the double bedroom and 1 on the double sofa bed in the lounge. 2 bathrooms. Quiet building block all year round. Parking area to the front of the building.

Exceptional Apartment

My wife and I have just returned from the most wonderful two weeks holiday in the wonderful apartment. We have been using O.D. for the past 12 years many of these in the Algarve. We have never been disappointed in any of the properties we have stayed in but have to say this apartment comes top of the list. We found it completely by accident but what a happy accident it turned out to be.

We were met by the owners Mr and Mrs Filipe, who showed us around the apartment. What an absolute joy they were, so friendly and helpful. Also on hand throughout our fortnight was Anabela who we booked the apartment with and we felt we already knew her before arriving. Thanks Anabela for visiting us twice to see that everything was alright. The big, big bonus of this apartment,apart from the fact it was spotless, was the pool and garden. It is ideally situated between the Strip and the Old Town with its fantastic beach. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and cheaper than in the town. Mr Filipe is now retired but did own the Restaurant Palacete which he now rents out. We ate there three times, highly recommend it. Another wee restaurant worth a mention is Splendid Street on the road to the Strip, it was cheap and cheerful with a very nice owner. Now roll on next year to our next holiday in this exceptional apartment.

Ideal location for both Old town & the Strip

Great apartment, perfect location with plenty to do. Private pool is definately a bonus. Going to Old town was 10 minute walk, return back on the train as was a bit hilly..stopping just round from apartment. Manuel was very friendly. Anabela was easy accessable to answer any queries. Can't wait to return. Thank you

Great apartment, great pool and great location

Great apartment clean tidy and what a bonus with the private pool, situated close to the old town and strip with plenty of things to do.

Will definitely be coming back in the near future and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Outstanding partment

On arrival we were greeted by the owner Manuel a very friendly and welcoming gentleman. On showing us around the apartment he couldn't do enough for us. We were very impressed with the very spacious, maintained and well equipped apartment and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout. This apartment is in a great location, easy access to the new and old town depending on the route you take. Anabela was also accessible liaising with me throughout our booking and on hand to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely leisurely time just chilling by the ample sized pool, good for a swim and cool down, as we were blessed with really hot weather and not being overlooked at the time of our stay. The old town has great entertainment, bars and restaurants. We regularly visited Limas bar who plays Bob Marley etc. with good priced beer and also the Vertigo Rock bar who have a great guitarist Vitor Bacalhau who expresses great passion when playing, a must to see.

A great holiday would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here for 8nights, Loved the location in between the strip and the old town and also about ten minutes to the beach, spent most of our time down the old town it is really nice there, large variety of shops and also different restaurants, there is also a local supermarket about 2 minutes away from the apartment and a few restaurants, I recommend the angelus bar they do a good breakfast and also have karaoke night in the evenings, The owner came around and left us fresh towels ect, really loved the swimming pool sun was always beaming on it, highly recommended this apartment :)

This accommodation is a 5-10 min walk to some of Albufeira's most known beaches - Inatel, Forte São João, Aveiros, Oura.

Travel:

Faro airport » 30 mins drive

Distances:

You will be located practically in Albufeira's center and very close to Oura - the strip. All amenities » supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bus stop etc, are at walking distance. A car is not a necessity, only for those who want to explore out of Albufeira area. Ideal for those who want a quiet area to relax but at the same time, not far from all the action, shops, cafés and restaurants!
