My name is Antonia. I'm a teacher to 50 years old.

My husband Toni and I started a new project together 15 years ago, we restore the cottage of my family.

Stunningly beautiful in tranquil surroundings

I stayed here with my family this summer and we all loved it. The property was even better than the description with great facilities and layout and outstanding views of the mountains and there are no mosquitoes! It was clean and well-maintained and the owner is easily contactable if you need her for anything. We found loads of incredible beaches with clear blue water and there are so many great restaurants close by to choose from where we had dinner out or barbecued in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return myself in the future. Many thanks to Antonia for a fantastic holiday.

This cottage is located in a valley surrounded by mountains but not far from Pollença, a small town with many charms. Its location is one of its many wonders, is a quiet area where the only sounds you will hear will be that of birds and more animals, goats, sheep. A quiet home that will allow them to unwind and relax, where the kids can play freely in contact with nature.

Coast/Beach:

There are several beaches and coves in Pollensa

Albercutx is the name for the beach which runs from the Marina north in front of the Pine Walk

Formentor beach can be accessed by road or boat from Puerto Pollensa

The peaceful resort of Cala San Vicente has four attractive beaches

Cala Murta & Cala Figuera

These are two small and fairly isolated beaches on either side of the Formentor peninsula

Travel:

60 kilometres up to the airport and rental car is recommended.

Distances:

5 kilometres up to Pollensa and 11 to alcudia 25km to Inca 50km to Palma.
