GaGa Hills is a wonderful blend of the best that Ibiza has to offer. It's has a perfect location close to the picturesque villages of San Jose and San Agustin. The house has been decorated in a cool modern style with the art and photography having a strong musical influence. The villa is seriously spacious and offers two bedrooms in the main house and three in the neighboring annex which is within touching distance. There is also a double en suite bedroom in a second annex. The villa is fully kitted out for high quality rentals. There is a large open plan dining / kitchen area, which leads straight onto the main outside dining terrace, as well as two connecting living rooms. The beach of Cala Bassa is only 8 minutes away and has a great new beach club, and Cala Compte is only 10 minutes away, and boasts Sunset Ashram, the best sunset bar and restaurant on the island. But, most importantly, spend time at GaGa Hills as it is a very special place to enjoy your holiday.

About Chantal Henar Hoddell

The house is exclusively managed by Mi Casa Tu Casa Ibiza. We are a small luxury villa management company based solely in Ibiza. We manage a small number of beautiful houses. We handle all the rentals and maintenance and ensure that the villas are very well prepared for holiday rentals and that any issues are resolved asap. Our aim is to ensure all of our guests have unforgettable stays at the villas and in Ibiza. We have three partners; Chantal Henar (Bookings Director), Rob del Castillo (Maintenance Director), Tom Hoddell (Marketing Director). We also have an office manager, Marlin, who handles payments and contracts.We all live full time in Ibiza with our families and all speak English and Spanish. Chantal & Marlin also speak Dutch and German. Our office is in the village of San Jose..

Outside: Gaga Hills has a fantastic mature garden with mature trees, a lovely lawn and island typical vegetation. The property offers various terraces on each side of the house so you can enjoy the sun all day and also has a roof terrace. The pool of 12 x 7 meters is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and a balinese lounge bed. There is an outside dining area with a kitchen with a fridge and barbeque. Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included except beach towels. Cleaning service on tuesday and Saturday (change over day). Towel change on Tuesday and Saturday, Linen change on Saturday. Additional cleaning or iron service possible. Other: open plan office with desk.

Booking Notes:
If you want to book GaGa HILLS, please send us an email. Once you have signed the rental agreement and transferred the prepayment of 50% of the total rent, your booking is guaranteed. The final payment as well as the damage deposit of 2.000 EUR has to be paid one month prior to arrival. Bookings for August must be at least for 2 weeks.

Changeover Day:
From the beginning of June till the end of September change over day is on Saturday. Check in possible from 3 pm, check out before 10 am. Outside high season and with bookings for 4 weeks or more, we can be flexible about arrival/departure days and times.

Notes on prices:
From the 12th of July till the 23rd of August 2014: min. 2 weeks bookings.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
