Residenza La Favola is immersed in the vineyards of the wine "Lugana Doc".
And 'one of the oldest country houses in the town of Sirmione. The Virgilio thermal system you can safely walk to a 15 minute walk. The historic town of Sirmione is just 5km away and the highway just 2km. Gardaland 20km.

The accommodation

On the ground floor there is a wonderful veranda (Jardin d'hiver) where you can have lunch or dinner also in midseason. Continue with the sitting room has two large sofas fireplace and TV to relax. The open space fully equipped kitchen gives you the chance to prepare some fantastic dinners. Upstairs with elm wood floors can enjoy a master bedroom with attached bathroom with cast iron bath and shower open, a large room for other guests with private bathrooms and a very spacious walk-in closets to make you feel at home.

Wonderful villa!!

We had a wonderful time here! The villa is beautiful - very clean and spacious. The swimming pool is larger than average and a perfect way to cool off! Dominique is lovely and always at hand for any help and advice! The villa is in a beautiful peaceful spot, ideal for getting away from it all!

Amazing Villa

We stayed in this region to enjoy some wine tasting tours and experiences but did not appreciate just how good the Laguna Doc area was and how accessible on foot or bicycle to four vineyards including the amazing 5* Casello Bondoni - Dominique was always at hand to help and contactable, the pool was cleaned every day, the villa was spotlessly clean had everything you needed and the bicycles were a great way to cycle into Colombare the nearest town and into Sirmione - we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und Pool

Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch kleine Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und viel Geschmack im regionalen Stil eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Alles funktioniert bestens - auch die Klimaanlage arbeitet perfekt. Es gibt 2 Terrassen mit Sitzmöbeln plus einen Wintergarten. Ein Highlight ist der wunderbare Garten inkl. sehr großem Pool, der täglich gepflegt wird. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die sich super nett und immer hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert hat. Buchung, Check-In und Check-Out haben ebenfalls super funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit selber wieder hier buchen. Vielen lieben Dank Dominique für die wunderbare Zeit - und herzliche Grüße an deine Eltern!
