Close to golf courses and theme parks ..Moraira with beautiful beaches shops and restaurant is a 10 min drive, also five min drive there are two restaurants. The villa is situated is a cul de sac, the villa has a gated entrance.

There is air con on the main floor in lounge/dinner room, the bedrooms are serviced with floor standing fans, as the rooms are on the lower level of the villa they are cooler

Hi, My name is Lyn, my husband is Keith and we have three children. Our children have all been educated in a Spanish school and all fluent, our eldest has now left school and is running in his own bar and grill restaurant in Benitachell. We purchased this apt in 2013, this had been bought off plan by the previous owner, we have equipped it with new furniture, beds etc so this is the first season for private holiday rental, there is plenty to do in the vicinity and surrounding areas. The villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation with great seaviews

but a short drive to lovely coves and sandy beaches, and plenty of different restaurant bars and clubs.

There is a beautiful marina in Moraira, and plenty of entertainment

during the summer months, we are convenient access to the AP7 and between Valencia and Alicante airports, A 5 minute drive to Benissa there is a railway station, and twenty minutes away there is Benidorm, with theme parks, water parks zoos etc. In Moraira you can go scuba diving or snorkling, and padlows so plenty to do or just take it easy watching the children have fun in your villa by the pool.

The villa is south facing, with beautiful sea views, and the area is quiet. There is a well equipped games rooms with tv x box dvds and a compendium of football, table tennis, shuttle etc. There is a reading room with a large selection of books.We have

Notes on accommodation: The villa has four double bedrooms, on the lower floor of the villa, this is idea for the hot summer nights as they are cooler, There is a unique rock pool great for a swim or just to relax and watch the children play and have fun. There are plenty of seating areas either in the shade or the sun. Internet connection is available at no extra charge, by use of our 3G dongle, Outside: There is a large patio area with a 8x4 private rock pool and plenty of seating area, under cover as well as sun loungers, large spanish tiled table and benches, Wooden 3 seater swing seat outside shower, On the first floor on the naye there is extending glass table and chairs, and wooden 3 piece suite, overlookng the med Utility Room: Drinks fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine and washing sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided, however if a change is required during your stay and charge will be applied. Other: On the first floor there is a quite room with a large range of books, and double doors leading to a juliet balcony and to a further bathroom. There is a well equipped room to keep your children entertained for hours, with a games table, xbox and TV.

Spacious villa in good location

This villa is spacious and airy and an excellent location for Moraira beach and Calpe beach. Well equipped but felt the dishwasher was too small for property. The pool is a good size and outside space is good with comfortable loungers. Umbrella needed around pool and on breakfast table. Driveway takes a bit of practice to navigate. My family enjoyed staying in the area.

Location

Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

There are many beaches near the property the closest one is a short 15 minute walk with 5 others within a 15 minute drive. Calpe and Benidorm are both close with fantastic long beaches and seaside shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Nearest airports are Alicante (1h distance) and Valencia (1 1/2h)

There is a train station 6km away from the property and there is a 24h taxi service in the area. Regular buses run to Calpe and Teulada.

Further Details:

Plenty of choice of restaurants from a la carte to fish and chips, doner kebabs etc, a 25 minutes drive is the la marina shopping centre, at Ondara with designer shops, cinema and plenty of eating areas, In Moraira there is a ten pin bowling for a bit of a challenge. For the family day out a 25 minute drive to Benidorm you have Terra Mitica Terra Natura (animal park) Aqualandia, or a medieval night to take you back in time. Also there is the well known Benidorm palace for a fabulous night for all ages
