A well funished and comfortable villa with all the principal rooms having wonderful sea views to enjoy a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The master bedroom suite has access to a conservatory to enjoy these sea views.The focus is undoubtedly the outdoor space, designed to maximise al fresco living. An attractive thatched gazebo provides an ideal spot to enjoy meals away from the midday sun. An adjacent barbeque is available for those who enjoy outside cooking. The front of the house has a large covered terrace which is furnished with relaxed seating overlooking the rectangular swimming pool which is set into a terrace area, furnished with plenty of sun loungers. The local sandy beach which is very child friendly is a short stroll away, were you can enjoy a refreshing swim. The capital, Mahon is also within easy reach about 15 minutes drive away, which has the largest deep water harbour in the mediterranean.

About the Owner

My name is Ken Hanks, and with my wife Joan live at El Pabellon for nearly six months of the year. We generally occupy our house for nearly 3 months in the spring and Autumn times, living the summer and winter times near chester in the UK. We are very house proud, and until now we have not rented our home out before. The house we beleive is furnished to a high standard, higher than what one would normally expect from a rental property.

This is why only the peak summer times are available, the period when we are back in the UK

We had it designed ourselves and built it to our own specification, on a plot we selected to be near the activity of the village but sufficiently far enough away(about a 3/4 minute walk away) to give seclusion, whilst maintaining frony line views of the coast.
