Villa 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8, specular views of countryside. Very private.

A tastefully renovated Mallorcan Finca situated a short distance from Cala D'or in a secluded location. Private solar heated swimming pool, wifi, sleeps 8 and conveniently close to several beautiful beaches.

One downstairs master double bedroom with new ensuite wet room including a walk in shower, separate loo and bidet. Recently renovated kitchen, inside dining room, and large sitting area with TV/DVD player. Separate downstairs loo. Upstairs opens onto large open area which has two single beds. Off this area is a modern bathroom and a small passage leads to two other bedrooms, one double bed and the other a twin bedded room. There is a travelling cot provided for a baby if required.

Outside, there is a 22 x 12 foot pool heated by an thermal solar panel. To one side of the pool is a shaded area provided by a significant pergola where sun bathing or dining may take place. There is an outside BBQ area. To the side of the finca is another possible dining area underneath an extended roof. The garden is predominantly laid to grass.

Simply Stunning

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday then look no further because this pretty property is an absolute gem. Set at the end of a quiet driveway surrounded by beautiful scenery and set in immaculate grounds, C’an Palleta is within an easy 10 minute drive of Cala D’or with its beach, shops and supermarkets.

This immaculate finca has been lovingly restored with a modern interior and is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. The four bedrooms are of a good size and the beds really comfortable. The en-suite and bathroom are beautifully finished and both have walk in showers. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker etc and a store cupboard of essentials.

Outside there is a lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds, two BBQs, two dining areas both of which are well shaded from the sun and the most beautiful scenery which you can never tire looking at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at C’an Palleta and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We will definitely be returning!

Brilliant, Fantastic, Great!!

The villa is tucked away just outside Cala Dor, but no more than 10 minutes drive, which is great as it's quiet but close enough to everything you need.

The secluded drive leads to a most wonderful setting, not overlooked in any direction.

The villa and grounds are perfect, pure old fashioned Mallorcan style with all the modern convenience’s.

The owners have provided everything you need, from buckets and spades, inflatables for the kids, towels, dishwasher, sun loungers right down to a bottle of wine in the fridge!

It's a real home from home, the owners have obviously spent a lot of time, money and effort to make the villa perfect.

My contact with the owner [Pat] was easy, efficient and quick, couldn't ask for more really.

The only problem with this villa is that it is fully booked! We would love to return this August but it's not available.

Thank you very much for our wonderful holiday - If you every wish to sell this place please ring me first - it really is that good!

Almost like a second home

This was my second stay at this marvellous finca set back off the main road, close to both Calonge and S'Horta. A little tricky to find for the first time, but being in a quiet location, that is a bonus. The property was clean and well maintained, with everything on hand. The house custom is to leave a few articles of food and drink for the next vistors, so it was great to know there would be fresh milk for a cup of tea or a cold beer in the fridge :).

Everything worked as it should, and I only discovered the outhouse on the last day containing the washing machine. The finca is a great place to wind down/recharge batteries. Will be returning next year for certain! Thanks Pat & Co.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We loved everything about this place! We used it as a family getaway with friends and it housed 4 adults and 4 children with ease.

From the start the owner Pat was most helpful, clear and communicative. We met the housekeeper at the property and she talked us through everything and handed over the keys; everything was immaculate and there were very welcome basic provisions in the cupboards and fridge - nothing helps you feel more at home at a property than a cold beer in the fridge waiting for you! The owners clearly know what they are doing and the house is well supplied with a selection of board games and DVDs for rainy day provision! Nice selection of recommended local restaurants etc too. Wifi not the fastest but was absolutely fine for our requirements; we were on holiday after all!

The property is an absolute gem; it has been lovingly restored to give the feel of a classic finca with a classy modern finish. The downstairs bedroom benefits from a beautifully finished en suite and there are 2 other bathrooms which is ideal with a larger group! Lovely thick old walls, but even with these parts of the property can get a bit warm during the day; thankfully the owners have provided an ample selection of fans to keep things comfortable. One large living room, a fair size dining room and a well stocked kitchen provide ample indoor space downstairs but the main draw is the exterior. The plot is a lovely size, nice and private but with neighbours so not too remote. The rear really gets 10 out of 10; pool (heated), BBQ, seating area, recliners and grass area all with the most amazing views looking towards the mountains. Proper dream vista that just does not get boring!

Location is ideal; nice, quiet and tucked away but with town and supermarket nearby for amenities. Coast is not far at all; a 10 minute drive at most with a nice selection of beaches (all clean but often rather crowded). Roads in the area are also very good. Being a smallish island everywhere is doable on a day trip and you can be in Palma in less than an hour.

I really can't recommend this place enough. It is a lovely size so you don't feel on top of each other with a full house but also wouldn't feel too large for just a couple or small family. Next time we go to Majorca, this will be our first choice of accommodation.

A Good Summer!

We have been twice this year! Two very different holidays. Both most enjoyable. Our first trip was a retreat - it was perfect! The house is beautiful. It was exactly what we needed - we slept for 12 hours the first night so it was much needed but just shows how comfortable we were! Everything has been taken into consideration and it is well equipped to make it a true home from home. A good sized pool in the garden which was lovely and allowed us to make the most of the fantastic weather! The second holiday was with the kids 12 and 14. We were a little unsure as we thought it might be a bit too quiet for them.... They loved it! We couldn't get them out of the pool and of course there is always wifi! The Finca is ideally located close to town and beaches with a short drive so you have the choice of eating out in one of the many restaurants or enjoying a barbecue 'at home'.

Hot Holiday in Majorca

This was our second visit to this property after our holiday last year and again lived up to our expectations and more. Apparently Majorca was experiencing the hottest July for forty years with clear blues skies every day but with the lovely private garden with terrific views and a clean good sized swimming pool we were able to make the most of it. The interior of the property is cool and traditional but with a modern kitchen, equipment and bathrooms, the bathroom en suite to the main bedroom had just been re-fitted with a big walk in shower, new tiles and fittings. The property is ideally situated for the two local villages with shops bars and restaurants and five minutes in the car to Cala D'Or and the main supermarket. A choice of beautiful beaches with great bars are within a short distance in the car. We had another superb relaxing holiday in this lovely family owned Finca and would not hesitate to recommend it

Father purchased delapidated finca and brought it back to life, added swimming pool and renovating without disturbing the shape or feel of the original. It has been used as the primary holiday home for forty years, and been subject to recent updating. Sits within a local community of six dwellings, being one kilometre from two villages

Car Hire is highly recommended as the island airport of Palma is some 45 minutes away and to reach Cala D'Or and its shops is 4km away (€8 taxi fare).
