Olive Tree is a two bedroom casa, with a private heated pool. Set in a walled and planted garden with terrace area, together with sun loungers and seating for outside dining/BBQ. The casa has an open plan lounge, with patio doors to the poolside and garden, you will find two sofas plus a reclining chair for relaxing.There is UK.TV. with live sports and Internet, Board games plus a selection of books. Upstairs there is a balcony off the master bedroom, with a small table and chairs to enjoy the sea view.

It is close to Marina Rubicon, and the beaches of Papagayo. Marina Rubicon is 10 mins away walking. Playa Blanca is 40 mins walk, or 10 mins by car. Dorada Beach and all it's facilities is approx 20 mins walk, 5 mins by car. The Papagayo National Park can be walked to in approx 30mins, 10 mins by car.

We used to live in Olive Tree ourselves, so we hope

Fantastic Property, in a great location

Casa was fantastic, plenty of room, with good facilities and well equipped. Ideally situated to be able to walk either to the Marina or beaches. Supermarket just along the road. Plenty of places to eat out in the Marina area. Didn't hire a car, either walked or used buses. Used last minute taxis for airport transfer.

Would definitely recommend Olive Tree. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Christmas at the Olive Tree

We stayed at the Olive Tree 21-28 Dec 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we've ever been abroad at Christmas and we would certainly repeat the experience. The casa was very well equipped, very clean and very private. Everything you requied was available including excellent weather! The heated private pool was an added bonus and the casa couldn't be more conveniently located for supermarkets, restaurants and bars etc. Highly recommended for a short/long stay at any time of the year. A home from home!

This was our second stay at Casa Olive Tree, first visit was November 2014, and again November this year, and once again we had a super holiday. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable, and lovely weather too! Great wifi and TV should you need. Great pool. In fact everything you need for a real home from home. June and Geoff are always on hand if you need, and have lots of restaurant recommendations, all you need to do is ask! The visitors book is full of great reviews from happy holiday makers, more should put reviews on the site. Will be returning again, just perfect. Thank you June & Geoff! X

Home from home...

Stayed here in June 2015. Villa was perfect, had everything we needed and we could have brought an empty suitcase. Very comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean, The owners are lovely & live nearby if you have any questions. The Supermarket is 5min walk, And a taxi to the marina cost around €4. Will definitely stay again.

Superb

We have been using owners direct for 8 years and this villa is the best. The owners are on hand; the villa is extremely well equipped and the welcome pack was very good. Location is good for Playa Blanca. Whole heartedly recommend this villa. A car is not required as within walking distance of Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca; the local bus runs regularly and is good value.

Location

We wanted to buy our house here because we love the Island of Lanzarote, and particularly the " sunny south " spot of Playa Blanca. It is easy to visit all parts of the Island as the roads are good, we can also visit Fuerteventura by ferry from here.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Dorada Beach and all it's facilities is approx 20 mins walk, 5 mins by car. The Papagayo National Park can be walked to in approx 30mins, 10 mins by car.

Travel:

Arrecife Airport. 35km. A car is not essential.

Distances:

Marina Rubicon is 10 mins away walking. Playa Blanca is 40 mins walk, or 10 mins by car.

Further Details:

There is a large supermarket at the end of the road, plus car hire, taxi rank and even a tapas bar.

Olive Tree with it's private heated pool, is an easy walk to the Marina, with it's Bars, Resturants and a Market twice a week. Papagayo Beaches are close by, which are unspoilt and natural, plus of course Timanfaya National Park with it's volcano and " camel " rides !!
