About Gary and Zarin Densham
We are Gary and Zarin Densham, we have 2 children. The property was bought as an investment. We keep it as a home from home working towards retirement. This will hopefully become longer get aways in a few years time. Until then we are happy for others to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area.

Activity and Interests
The closest beach is approx 10 mins drive away (La Mata). If you travel along the 332 you will find in excess of 50 beaches all offering something different from cafe's to beach huts.
Alicante airport is approx 40 mins drive on the motorway. Murcia airport is aprox 30 mins drive on the motorway. The exits for both are very close to the complex.
The towns of Los Montesinos and San Miguel are only a few mins drive (4 miles)
Orihuela is about 12 miles away. Torrevieja 9 miles. Guardamar 10 miles.
There is a fully stocked supermarket, Chinese restaurant, several other restaurants and bars within a 1 min walk from the apartment. The golf course (5min walk away) has tennis courts, carpet bowls, bar and restaurant.

There is a cleaning fee payable to the key holder upon arrival of 45 Euros(50 Euros if you are bringing a dog)
There is a refundable key deposit of £20 payable to the key holder upon arrival(in case of loss of keys)
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £10 per 7 night stay
Air-con/ heating is an optional extra charged at £20 / 25 Euros per 7 night stay(this can be taken out after arrival should you feel you require it by paying the key holder)
The apartment will only be reserved upon receipt of a non refundable 10% deposit payable at the time of booking. All balances must be paid within 8 weeks of your arrival
The apartment should generally be vacated by 10am on your day of departure this may be flexible if there is no other party arriving within the next day.
This must be booked/confirmed with the owner before arrival.
