Spacious 2 bed townhouse in quiet location, close to Wadebridge town centre

A modern 2 bedroom split-level townhouse in a quiet residential area a short walk from the Regal cinema and Wadebridge town centre. Approached by a few steps and a sloping path which leads down from the private parking area, the house is fronted by a small patio garden with the front door set beneath a canopy porch roof. An entrance lobby and inner door opens to a mid level hallway and adjacent kitchen with the sleeping accommodation upstairs and living room downstairs. Double glazed patio doors lead from the sitting room to a sheltered terrace and a few steps lead down to the small enclosed sloping rear garden.

Wadebridge is a fantastic base from which to enjoy Cornwall and the Camel Trail and is only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The town has a friendly feel and has everything you need to keep the family occupied, from the playground to the cinema, shops and pubs.

What makes this unique

The view from the sitting room and master bedroom across the River Camel to the playing fields ensures an ever changing picture. The ebb and flow of the river and the progress of a cricket match can be quite captivating on a lazy afternoon. A short stroll into Wadebridge at any time of day takes the hassle out of having to plan your next move and ensures a relaxing time will be had by all.

the property was nice clean and the owner even let us book in early as we travled over night its a great base to explore cornwall also wadebridge is a nice town all in all had a great 2 weeks stay and would return to this property again

Stayed at this property 2 yrs ago. Couldn't stay last year due to ill health & this year there are too many of us! So looking for larger properties thought I'd write a review about this one. We had a lovely stay! The house overlooks the river & has a beautiful view from the main bedroom. House very clean & bright (wished we could have stayed longer!) Although other properties around us,there was no noise. Although no off road parking we never had a problem parking in the road. Plenty of info in the house about the area & amenities. Within waking distance of wadebridge for shops, pubs & the camel trail etc. Just a short walk from the bus depot & can take the bus to Bodmin etc. Would certainly come back here when there are fewer of us!
