Erfyl is a pretty stone built cottage, recently renovated to a high standard with solid oak floors throughout. On the ground floor is the Living/dining room and kitchen. First floor with 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin bunk, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over spa bath, toilet and sink. Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). State of the Art Electric central heating throughout, bed linen and towels provided. Freeview flat screen TV, DVD. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Fridge Freezer, W/machine. Decked area to rear with table and chairs and sunshine all day. Friday to Friday. NB: 4 steps to decked area. No pets.

We live in Cheshire whilst our daughters and Grandchildren all live in London
We have owned our Condo, 151 since 1986; our cottage in Harlech since 1975 and Villa Moroco on the Cote D’Azur, since 2004
Tennis, Table Tennis, Grandchildren, Friends and good food and wine fill our time now

Activity and Interests
Special interest holidays:
Walking in Snowdonia; sailing; painting; horse riding, all are achievable in the vicinity.
Harlech beach is large, beautifully clean with shady sand dunes and views of Snowdonia and Harlech Castle.
At the southerly end of the beach the cliffs take over and you can go crabbing in the rock pools.
Shell island, the pleasures of which are self explanatory.
Barmouth offers traditional seaside delights and to the north, over the toll bridge, is Portmerion with its superb restaurant, gardens and memorial to the 60's series "The Prisoner".
The Ffestiniog railway, Criccieth castle.
Liverpool airport is 90 mins away and Harlech has its own railway station with connections to anywhere in the UK. Manchester 150 mins. London 240 mins by car.
Barmouth is 12 miles away, Portmadog 10 miles and Wrexham 50 miles away.
Local shops are 50-100m walk from the cottage and there are several good restaurants in the village itself plus several friendly pubs that also serve food
Harlech has its own Theatre connected to the famous college. Look out for the famous market on a Sunday off the coast road.

- Outside: The deck at the rear faces south and receives sunshine all day (when it is out of course!). There is a BBQ and patio table and chairs plus the pots and borders are stocked with herbs so feel free to help yourself. There is a washing line if needed and outside lighting for balmy summer evenings. Utility Room: In cupboard in master bedroom is an ironing board, iron, hairdryer etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bedlinen are provided and will be supplied fresh on changeover day (Friday unless arranged otherwise). Cleaning takes place during changeover.
