This is a 2 double bedroom apartment. It is 7 years old, maintained and decorated to a high standard. Equipped with satellite TV in lounge and both bedrooms. One bathroom, kitchen, utility. It also boasts 3 terraces, one with dining suite. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Sa Coma but within easy reach of all amenities including local and international bars and restaurants (some with live entertainment), supermarkets and a hypermarket. There is a safari park with free transport from Sa Coma. A 54 hole mini golf course. A small water park and a full sized golf driving range. All within easy walking distance of the apartment. There are several 18 hole golf courses in the local area. There are lots of nice walking places including a local castle on the protected headland. Cala Millor is the neighbouring resort and is a 25 minute walk from Sa Coma along the pleasant water front. There is a further selection of bars and restaurants along here.

Fantastic apartment and setting
We had a wonderful holiday here. The apartment was lovely - spacious, clean, tidy with lovely decor. Everything we needed was here - even a shopping trolley for our regular walks to the nearby Lidl supermarket! Great location - peaceful, but close enough to walk to nearby Sa Coma, Cala Millor or further to Cala Bona. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby and lovely sandy beaches. The grounds and pool were all well maintained. Cannot fault this place. Thank you!
Everything was perfect
Couldn't fault this apartment, which says a lot as my wife reckons I moan about everything! Ideally located 12 mins stroll from Sa Coma restaurants and bars with beach another couple of mins more. With Cala Millor centre 20 mins walk in the other direction (wider choice of restaurants & bars). The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift), has a large lounge/diner with patio doors out to a balcony for alfresco dining, spacious kitchen and utility room. Bedrooms are a good size, 1 double, 1 twin, both with balconys. The well cared for garden has a swimming pool which I first thought would be small and busy but during the whole of my familys 2 weeks stay never had more than a dozen people in it at any one time.

Activity and Interests
There are two local sandy beaches. Sa Coma beach is a 15 minute walk and Callor Millor beach is a 20 minute walk. Sa Coma beach has beach bars/cafes and public toilets. Both beaches have lovely promenades. Within easy driving distance of Porto Christo and the Caves of Draque (10 minutes). Sa Coma makes an excellent base for touring the island.
There is only one airport in Mallorca which is Palma. It is a 50 minute drive along excellent roads to Sa Coma. Transport from the airport can be by taxi, resort hopper transfer or hire car which are all available at the airport. We would recommend pre-booking any hopper or hire car.
From Sa Coma: Callor Millor 25 minute walk, Cala Bona 35 minute walk, S'illot 25 minute walk, Porto Christo 10 minute drive, Alcudia, 1 hour drive, Son Severa 10 minute drive, Palma City 1 hour drive.
There are lots of nice walks around Sa Coma including the popular Castel del Mar on the headland. Sa Coma has a 54 hole mini golf course, a small water park, a petting zoo, a full sized golf driving range and a safari park with free transport from the resort. There is archery, paint ball, tennis and diving lessons which can be arranged through the local Protur hotels. There are also lots of local markets on various days in the area.
There are plenty of supermarkets and one hyper market. Lots of local and international restaurants and bars (some with live entertainment and internet). There are banks and currency exchanges in Sa Coma.

- Notes on accommodation: This a personal apartment and is used by ourselves regularly. Therefore it is maintained and decorated to a high standard. It is light, airy and clean. It is a NON SMOKING apartment and smoking is allowed on the terraces ONLY. It is fully equipped with a communal pool. Well situated for restaurants, bars, supermarkets and amenities. Car hire is available in resort and also from Palma airport which is a 50 minute drive away along excellent roads. There is a good bus service and a tourist train runs between local resorts. Taxis are readily available and are reasonably priced. A free travel cot is supplied. Outside: The apartments have well maintained gardens with a communal pool. There are sun chairs/beds supplied for use in the apartment. There are also 4 poolside sunbeds which are dedicated to our apartment ( marked APT 23 ). Utility Room: Washing machine,tumble drier, airers, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are supplied. The apartment is cleaned once per rental but extra cleaning can be arranged at the guests own cost. Other: We supply free travel cot with linen, high chair and 4 poolside sun beds dedicated to our apartment.
