This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse offers spacious accommodation and is a home from home. British (and other countries) TV is now available (BBC, ITV, etc) along with movies and TV series. It has been furnished to a high standard and contains everything you need for a perfect and relaxing holiday including unlimited, private internet. The nearest restaurants, bars, patisserie (fantastic bread & cakes) and botanical gardens (which features a play park for children) are located just across the road. El Campanario which has a large supermarket, a bowling alley, craft markets and entertainment with a typical Canarian feel is only 5 minutes walk away. There are many blue flag and sheltered beaches nearby The main street of Corralejo which leads down to the harbour and Acua Water Park are within a 10 minute stroll and the start of the famous sand dunes are a 10 minute walk away. El Sultan is a well maintained and private, gated community which features 4 swimming pools and well kept gardens. Beautiful surroundings. A small welcome pack is included to get your holiday started.

We love the layout of the house and the beautiful surroundings of El Sultan. The house is close enough to everything we need and yet is still very quiet and relaxing. Its a home from home.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not allowed in the property but you can smoke on the 3 terraces available. All terraces have tables and chairs for outdoor relaxing and 6 sunbeds are also included for the roof terrace or for relaxing around the pools. Outside: You will have plenty of outdoor, private space with the 3 terraces and spacious roof terrace which enjoys the sun all day. El Sultan has 4 swimming pools in a beautiful, garden setting and is very quiet. 2 of the pools are large and are great for a swim or splashing around and the other 2 pools are suitable for young children. Quite often you will have the pools to yourself. El Sultan has an Arabic feel and is a secure, gated community. Utility Room: No utility room but full washing facilities including washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned prior to your arrival and a linen change is supplied every 7 days if you stay for 2 weeks or longer (or discount offered). All linen and indoor towels are supplied. Beach towels can be supplied - please ask for details. Other: All rooms have ceiling fans for comfort during hot spells. Bedroom 1 has its own private terrace with stairs leading to the roof terrace which is suitable for all day sunbathing. Bedroom 2 also leads onto its own private terrace.

A fantastic place to stay this is our second time here and will be returning again next May I go with my family age range from 30 to 82 and we all love it it's just like going home would recommend it to others

The nearest family and sheltered beach is within walking distance of the apartment. The famous sand dunes are 10-15 minutes walk away. The beaches near the sand dunes are a haven for water sport enthusiasts and sunbathers. Some are naturist friendly.


The airport is approximately 30-40 minutes drive away. El Sultan is within walking distance of all amenities so no hire car is necessary - transfer information will be supplied.

The nearest ferry is about 5 minutes drive away which has regular ferries across to Lanzarote (about a half hour sail).


A new botanical garden is just across the road which has a play park for children and a hill with views across Corralejo, beaches and Lanzarote. Also just across the road are a selection of restuarants and 3 lively bars (you can't hear then from the house) which have live music, quizzes and show major sports events and soaps, etc. The nearby Patisserie is also highly recommended for fresh bread, cakes and rotisserie cooked chicken.

Further Details:

El Campanario is very close by which has a large, cheap supermarket and often features special events and typically Spanish music and dancing. It is in a very pretty setting and has weekly craft and flea markets. Just across from El Sultan is a British supermarket if you can't go without marmite! Main Street is within a 10 minute walk where you will find a wealth of restaurants to suit all palates. There are also many other shops and 3 fish spas (for feet). Acua Water Park is nearby and offers scary flumes and rides with hardly any queuing. There is plenty of entertainment for children.

There is a free bus every day to the largest zoo in the Canary Islands at La Lajita (about 1 and 1/2 hours drive away). There are also plenty of opportunities to organise adventure excursions or activities such as trips over to Lanzarote, shark fishing, buggy tours, kite surfing lessons and so on. Details are provided in the house.

Free wifi is also available just across the road from the house and there is also internet suites available you can print off boarding cards, etc.

Lots of entertainment nearby including live music, quizzes, kids disco, poker nights, comedy shows and karaoke!

Property Managers live close by and will meet you upon arrival. They are also on hand if there are any problems during your holiday. Lesley & Jim will also deal with bookings on our behalf.

A 25% deposit secures the booking (dates will be reserved for 7 days). Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday starting along with a returnable security deposit of £150.

Full terms & conditions will be supplied at the time of booking.

Payment can be accepted by cheque, bank transfer (preferred) and credit card (via Paypal - 2.5% surcharge applies). Payment is accepted in Sterling and in Euros.

Changeover Day:
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am but we will be flexible wherever possible if you have an early/late flight.

Notes on prices:
Prices above are for 2-4 people. Please add £25 each for persons 5 & 6.

Cot and highchair will be supplied free of charge if required.

Unlimited wifi is available free of charge in the townhouse with speeds up to 10mgb.

There is a security deposit payable of £150 which will be returned within 7 days of your holiday ending, all being well.

Prices are for up to 4 people. For persons 5 and 6 there is an additional fee of £25 for each person. 25% deposit secures the booking with the balance, including the security deposit, is payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday starting.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
