Anatoli Villa is a beautifully designed and constructed house in a serene and lovely location which has truly breathtaking views across the Aegean to the neighbouring islands. If you can tear yourself away from the infinity pool there are 4 unspoiled beaches situated just below the house, about 25 minutes walk through pine woods or a 5 minute drive, and the local town of Glossa is just 15 minutes away with its tavernas shops and cafes. Glossa also has a port which connects to the neighbouring island of Skiathos in just 15 minutes to access the airport there.There are lovely gardens, courtyards and terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun or the shade and of course the wonderful views across the sea and the mountains.On a clear day Mt Athos in the north is visible and in the south the island of Skyros appears between the south coast of Skopelos and the next door island of Alonissos making the view stretch 80 miles in either direction.

  • Each bedroom has a good sized bathroom next to it. They are made with polished cement by local craftsmen using river sand and there is a walk in shower, wc and marble sink in each. Fluffy towels and L'Occitane soap.

Notes on accommodation: This is a house built and furnished as a home rather than an investment property and the difference shows. It is a spacious 148 sq meters giving light and airy accommodation and is finished to a high standard of craftsmanship. The gardens and drystone walling around the house are also a delight creating areas of shade and beauty in all directions. We like guests to feel at home so we provide a number of essentials that many rental house lack such as salt, pepper, spices , sugar some coffee/tea and our own olive oil for the kitchen. Dishwasher tablets, soap powder washing up liquid etc things that we feel you shouldn't have to worry about on your holidays. We also provide all towels including beach towels and pool towels. There are 3 large umbrellas around the house and one for you to take to the beach with a refillable tank/weight. There are normally masks and snorkels(some flippers) and inflatable pool toys available. Outside: There are numerous terraces, gardens and courtyards around the house. The swimming pool terrace, the one outside the living room and the roof terrace are marble. The south side, under the pine trees, is made with local slate and the others are gravel. The rest of the 1.7 acres is olive groves with some almond, fig and pomegranate trees. The white infinity pool is 41 sq meters and is approx 1.5 deep with wide cement steps leading down to the bottom.It has a large marble terrace around it with sun beds and umbrellas.We make our own olive oil from the grove which surrounds the house and it is pressed in the village. We leave a bottle in the kitchen for guests to use. Utility Room: There is a washing machine brought from the UK- so work in English- situated in the pool room. there is washing powder on site to use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels/beach towels/pool towels and linen provided. The house is cleaned and changed every Friday. Mid week change/clean if required at small extra charge.Pool/garden is attended to every few days.

Booking Notes:
Please contact us for booking details. Deposits received will confirm booking and remainder to be payed 6 weeks in advance of arrival.If you wish to pay in € that isn't a problem we use the National bank of Greece rates on the day of booking confirmation and set that as your personal rate so there are no surprises with rate fluctuations.

Changeover Day:
Fridays is normally changeover day.We have to asks guests to vacate by 10.30 as we have to prepare the house for the next guests who arrive at 4.
