Great mountain cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the nice living area with open plan kitchen you reach out to the sun terrace with outside kitchen and pool area. The house is equipped with SAT TV (hardly any English news channels), dishwasher, washing machine, central heating and standing fans in each room. Easy access and parking for several cars.

ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb des Dorfes ( oberhalb Friedhof ) , sehr schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse über das ganze Dorf, gepflegt. Die Bilder entsprechen dem vorgefundenen Haus, sehr gepflegter Garten, Haus recht sauber, mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung, wenn man selber kochen möchte, könnte besser sein, defekte Geräte ( Haarföhn, Espressomaschine,fehlende Kochutensilien , fehlendes Holz oder Kohle für Grill, ) müssten ersetzt werden , was wir der Agentur gemeldet haben. Küche für uns eher etwas unpraktisch. Deckenventilatoren haben wir keine gesehen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, im Dorf gibt es aber alles was man benötigt. Pool ist ungeheizt, deshalb recht kalt im Herbst.Die Leute der Agentur freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Wegbeschreibung per Mail bekommen ( Haus ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden), alles bestens geklappt, deutsch wurde nicht gesprochen .Preis : für uns etwas zu hoch eingestuft.

Owner's Response: Danke fuer das Feedback zum Haus . Wie bereits erwaehnt von dem Gast wurden die Anmerkungen zu fehlendem oder kaputtem Equipment bei Aufenthalt des Gastes aufgenommen und bearbeitet ( es ist Ende der Saison und Verschleiss bleibt leider nicht aus) Anmerkung der Agentur: Holz und Kohle ist in einem Haus mit Selbstverpflegung nicht normal vorraetig, es gibt keine Deckenventilatoren aber Standventilatoren. In unserer Zone ist uns kein beheizter Pool in dieser Preiskategorie ( welche wir angemessen finden) bekannt und wurde auch nicht von uns annonciert. Wir haben deutschsprachige Kollegen - die aber leider nicht immer vor Ort sein koennen, das tut uns leid.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The closest beach is at Port de Sóller, at 5 minutes drive. From the town centre there is a local tram that in summer every half an hour connects Sóller and the Port de Sóller. Other small calas (stone beach) are around the area along the coast.

Distances:

Closest supermarket at 10 minutes walk. Town centre is also at 10 minutes walk with its restaurants, bars, banks and plenty of nice shops.
