I live in UK with my husband of 39yrs and our lovely Spanish rescue dog.We have had property in Spain for the last 10years,we have 2 grown children and they with there family have enjoyed lots of holidays with us in Spain.We all love the area and the laid back way of life as a family having fun outdoors and getting the barbecue on and enjoying great food a few beers and the odd vino!!!Oh yes our dog is called Merlot as in Red wine!!(enough Said).We would like for you to enjoy our home as much as we do.

fantastic little villa in a quite gated community, great outside space with a nice pool and terraced front with great views , sun somewhere on the garden for at least 11 hours a day, well fitted kitchen and nice lounge with satellite tv, only went inside when it got dark. 2 bathrooms both both nicely done, a good shop within easy walking distance, and several others a 5 min drive away , plus a good selection of bars in walking distance, a car useful as there's a very good beach about 10 mins away, Gwenda meet us on arrival and couldn't be more helpful and was the same on the day we left, will defiantly be returning in the near future Mike & Elaine Griffiths

Great spot, we hope to go back again

Just back from here and have to say, top class, comfortable house. Very quiet, nice house, walking distance to several restaurants (Chinese is great) . You will need a car for the beach but the private pool and terrace is superb so why bother. Couldn't praise it highly enough.. Loved it.

We are a family with 2 very small children.

Peaceful villa with spectacular views!

The villa was very clean, tidy and homely with ample room for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. The local bar and supermarket were within easy walking distance and very reasonably priced. The property manager - Sue - could not have been more helpful and friendly, she was wonderful! It was perfect for our relaxing holiday, just as we had planned. The property owners were helpful and efficient. We definitely recommend this villa and would consider a return visit in the future.

STUNNING BUNGALOW

Just been for eight nights, booking process and service were all excellent, very nice bungalow with stunning views, bars and shops local as are buses if you want to head to santa pola alicante or where ever you want to go, very clean and an excellent pool, special thanks to Sue the cleaner and key holder there on time and does an excellent job, thank you. We will be going again enjoyed our stay very much, the spanish bar 100 yards up the road is exceelent for eating and drinking price better than the english bars. Thanks to Gillian and family for letting us into there second home thanks.

This property was just a basic build when we purchased it 4year ago since then we have added extras ie:new kitchen,extra shower room and of course our pool and patio areas.The views from the property are stunning looking out over mountains and to the right the bay of Alicante.

Walking time to beach 15-20min downhill. 5min by car.

Travel:

Alicante airport is only 15min away.

Distances:

Santa pola 20min by car Alicante, 30min by car Benidorm, 50min by car, maybe longer on buses.

Further Details:

There is a Local market in the town a few days a week. The supermarket is only a 5min walk away,restaurant bars shops are all easily accessible.
