Close to the beach, shops and many fine restaurants. The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is 5 mins away by car. A taxi to the old town is around €5.

Spacious villa, well maintained and owners responded promptly to any query throughout the booking process and during our stay. Shared pool is just a few meters from villa, ample in size, and often we were the only family there. Convenient parking on the private drive. 10 minute stroll to the main strip for bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and hope to visit again in future. Thanks Denise for all your help, and the Welcome package.
Peaceful and relaxing.
This is a lovely villa in a quiet location. Approx ten mins walk to the seafront and start of many shops and places to eat. The pool is secluded and sheltered from the wind with a good supply of sun beds. The pool itself is quite small so not for distance swimmers but ideal for families. Although heated we found it a little on the cool side, however others did not so perhaps we are just a bit soft lol. The outside space is quite generous with sun loungers x 4 provided and an area for eating al fresco in the conservatory area.
Inside the villa is compact and has everything you need to prepare your own meals and snacks, too much crockery in the cupboards which the new manager Denise is intending to scale down. We felt the lounge suite needed updating as although it was certainly better than the wooden armed Spanish style sofas in other places we have stayed it was not overly comfortable for longer periods of sitting and it is looking a little shabby. We are couch potatoes and perhaps if your not going to be sat for long periods this will not be an issue for you!
There was some confusion for us as immediately prior to our stay the management arrangements changed and we dealt with the owner direct. An Irish owner with a lovely accent whom unfortunately we had some considerable difficulty understanding. However with the new management in place this should not be an issue.
A folder with helpful information on the local area and particularly what to do if there is a medical emergency as found in many holiday rentals we would have appreciated. Also perhaps a guest book in which tours, local restaurants etc could be reviewed by guests.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Thank you Denise for your all your help.
upon arrival we were met by Angela and her husband who showed us round this delightful villa set in quiet cul-de-sac ,Angela then explained about what to see and do ,best places to eat,supermarkets etc.from this moment on this holiday was just delightful very relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family.I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone wanting an relaxing and enjoyable holiday and i also commend Angela for all her help throughout our stay
Home but sunshine added
This is a really pleasant bungalow situated in a quiet cul de sac.It is managed by Angela who is simply fantastic and so helpful.Everthing that you would require in a holiday rental is here and more.Furnishings are clean and comfortable and there is loads of cutlery and crockery should you wish to cook but why when the restaurants are so cheap.The shared pool is only a few metres away and never seemed to be busy.A great base for a wonderful holiday.
Activity and Interests
The closest beach is at Los Pocillos and is less than 5 mins walk away. The beach is 0.5km wide and has sun loungers and parasols available for hire.
The airport is 10km away near Arrecife. It takes about 10 mins to drive from the airport to the villa and would cost approximately €12 by taxi.
Arrecife, the island's capital is approx 10km from Puerto del Carmen and can easily be reached by public transport. There is a shopping mall in Playa Honda which is just past the airport and again can be reached by public transport. The ancient capital of Tequise is 25km away and is well worth a visit on a Sunday for the weekly market. Playa Blanca is in the south of the island and is 35km away.
There are many fine restaurants and bars on the main Avenida which is within walking distance of the villa. A taxi to the old town is around €5.

Changeover day can be any day of the week. Arrival time is after 3pm and Departure time is 10am to allow for cleaning, although times can be flexible depending on the other guests arrival / departure times.
Notes on prices:
Rental Period 1st Jan 2016 to December 16th 2016 is £425week for 2 guests plus £50 per person per week per extra guests. Children under 12 50% discount. Babies under 2 free.

- Outside: There is a small conservatory area for alfresco dining with a further table and chairs and sunloungers available for relaxing in the sun. The pool area is 50m away from the villa and has a large sun terrace with sun loungers. The pool was refurbished in June, 2013 and now has walk-in steps with a hand rail which is heated in the winter. Utility Room: In the utility room there is a washing machine, clothes dryer for outside use, plus iron and ironing board. There are fans for use in the summer and a heater for winter Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned weekly and adequate towels are available for guests. Mid week holiday cleans are available at a small extra charge payable locally. Other: Outside there is a small conservatory area with a wooden dining table for 4 persons for that al fresco dining, a further small table with four chairs which sits under the pergola to keep you cool and 4 sun loungers.
