Apartment is located on a hillside just five minutes' walk from the traditional village of Peyia, and a short drive from Coral Bay – with the best beach in this part of Cyprus. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes drive from the larger resort of Paphos, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including an excellent local supermarket, and several excellent restaurants for eating out. The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, a gym and sauna. Leading from the living room is a large patio with stunning views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine alfresco and plenty of room for sunbathing. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

We would like you to have a wonderful holiday staying in our apartment. We have carefully furnished it to accomodate families, the aim being a home from home. We holiday in Cyprus and hence being a home from home. We live in Yorkshire in the UK. We have local managing agents (AWC) who can help should the need arise and are able to provide you with a cleaning and laundry service.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need

We had a great 3 week break at this beautiful apartment. It had amazing views and a lovely sized patio. The pool was lovely and clean. A car is recommended as Peyia town centre is a steep 10 min walk! It was ok going down but coming back up was tough! We think the apartment price was unbeatable, especially for the time of year and would definitely consider going back.

Schöne Wohnung, super Aussicht

Die Angaben und Fotos im Prospekt waren großteils korrekt. Im Inserat war allerdings nicht erkennbar, dass die große Terrasse, von der aus man einen super Blick auf das Meer hatte, doch ziemlich einsehbar war. Ein besserer Sonnenschutz (z.B. Bespannung der Pergula) würde den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse etwas angenehmer machen, denn der Sonnenschirm vermag nicht genug Schatten zu spenden.

Alles in Allem eine schön eingerichtetet und komfortable Wohnung und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere/Trodoos, nach Norden und auch bis nach Limassol.

Location

We bought our apartment having seen the view. The climate and local people made this a great place for holidays. Driving is easy as its on the left as at home and all the signs are in English, so its easy to find you way about. The country has an easy pace and is friendly with a very low crime rate.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Closest beach is 10 mins drive this is the main Coral Bay beach - a good bathing beach with good facilities and includes water activities like jet skis, banna boats etc. Quieter family beaches are about 15 mins drive from the apartment. St Georges Bay 10 mins drive and is excellent for seeing the sunset and romantic evening walks or eating at the fish restaurant above the beach.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Paphos, which is about 40mins easy drive away. Suggest that a hire car is best, but there is a good local bus service and taxis.

Distances:

Nearest village is Peyia - 5 mins walk, this has good restaurants and bars plus an excellent supermarket and local shops, banks etc. Coral Bay has bars and restaurant and the beach which is about 10min drive away. Paphos is about 20mins away, with its harbour and castle, and many bars and restaurants. The Tomb of the Kings and the Aqua-park are a must in Paphos. The famous Aphrodite's Baths are about 60mins steady drive just beyond the picturesque town of Latchi.

Our Apartment is close enough to Coral Bay and Paphos to enjoy a more lively night life and sufficiently far enough away if you want peace and quiet. The proximity of the village makes a shopping and eating out really easy for a relaxing and slower pace of life. Internet access makes for easy communications via e-mail or skype, so you can escape but not disappear. Mostly though, people love the panoramic view from the patio. It is equally stunning first thing in the morning as last thing at night, there is a very similar view from the pool.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Hot water is provided by solar heating. Mains supply drinking water - so no need to buy bottled water. We request that there is no smoking in the apartment except on the patio. There is a electronic document safe provided to keep you money/passports etc safe. WiFi in the apartment. We also provide a good size beach umbrella and beach mats for guests use. Outside: Patio has a table and chairs with a large umbrella. We provide sun loungers for use on the patio or at the pool. The complex has a large shared pool with changing facilities and WC. Gym and sauna adjacent to the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and hand towels are included. Property is cleaned before and after stay, mid stay clean/laundry can be arranged for a small fee.
