About the Owner

Hazel and Jeremy have lived in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside for over 20 years. Both have taken early retirement and thoroughly enjoy offering Rofield Barn to guests and their families.

Rofield Barn was a tumble down barn before Hazel and Jeremy spent much time converting it into what is is today. Their aim was to provide a first class retreat for families and friends who want to get away and enjoy Gloucesterhsire. As both of them are experienced in the hospitality industry and are well travelled they both feel that you will definately enjoy the comforts of Rofield Barn.

Location

From the Owner

Rofield was once a small farm and the barn belonged to the next door farmer. He was happy to sell it to us and, during our children's university days, it became their party hotspot! Now they are off earning a living we decided to transform Rofield Barn to what it is today. Positioned in a quiet village hamlet and only 200 yards from a pub/restaurant Rofield Barn provides a great location for the perfect family holiday or that friends weekend break you have promised each other.

Facilities

From the Owner

The peacefulness of Rofield Barn is what our guests very much enjoy. Although the home comforts of a modern interior allow for total relaxation there is a beautiful countryside all around for walking - or just to look at! A short distance across the fields we have a wetland park area of over 100 acres where the wildlife is fantastic. Towns and villages are not very far away and there is a great multitude of things to do for all ages.
