Rock towers, Looe

Clean and well appointed apartment. Views from the living, dining area and balcony are wonderful. Service company acted very quickly for a minor problem. Maybe it's time for some of the soft furnishings to be updated, but overall a good standard of accommodation in a nice area and easy access to some great walks including some near perfect sea views

Coast/Beach:

Looe beach via Ferry approx 7 minutes walk, clean council maintained beach, shallow slope to sea, safe bathing, dog free all year. Ice cream parlors adjacent, entertainment in Season.

Travel:

Major airports -Exeter (1 hr by car) Plymouth City Airport 19 miles. Newquay Cornwall Airport 35 miles. Plymouth Ferry Port 18 miles via Torpoint ferry. Looe Station connections from Liskeard 0.6miles, taxis available from station and town centre,and from Apt. by phone should it be required.

Distances:

Looe town centre 0.3 miles. Liskeard 9 miles. Fowey 10 miles via ferry. Plymouth 22 miles. Eden Project 21 miles. Lanhydrock 16 miles. Cothele 22 miles. Rame Head 16 miles.

Further Details:

Looe is a bustling fishing town with loads of restaurants and pubs giving plenty of choice for all budgets. Looe caters for residents and visitors alike so there is a wide choice of supermarkets, bakers, butchers, banks, post office, chemist, hairdressers, clothing, gift shops and beach shops and fish market.

When you have had enough of the beach, try one of the various boat and fishing trips available or why not spend a family afternoon crabbing from the quay. The SW Coast path or walks in Kilminorth Woods will provide plenty of exercise and breathtaking scenery.

Of course there are also plenty of other exciting places to visit nearby (Eden Project, National Trust, Bodmin Moor) but its easy to have a few car-free days when staying in Looe.

When making an enquiry for availability please give desired arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children staying, a telephone contact number and email address. When you wish to proceed a booking form will be emailed or posted as required. A deposit of 30% of booking fee is due with the returned booking form. The remainder of the balance is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

  • Notes on accommodation: Full central heating is provided throughout the year, adjustable by remote control. Hot water is always available. Electricity and Gas is included in rental charge. A child’s cot and bedding is available. Please confirm requirements by phone or email when booking. Children should be supervised at all times inside the premises. (Accommodation is managed 24/7 should it be required in emergency.) Outside: The front of Rocktowers has access to the road down to Looe town, and all the outstanding views (as pictures) from Looe round to St Geoge's Island Rocktowers Apt's have access to a patio, barbecue area, Garden furniture and drying facilities. Utility Room: Shared Drying facilty available on premises. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and Linen provided,dependant on number in party. Property cleaned weekly on Friday. On multiply week stays, linen/towels can be changed on a weekly basis on request.
