The apartment is in a block of 8 being 2 high and 4 across. It is tastefully decorated throughout. There is an entrance hall leading to all the rooms. There is a fully equipped new kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and views to the sea. It has a en-suit bathroom with the second twin bedroom having a separate shower room and toilet. There are patio doors from the lounge that lead to the balcony overlooking the pools furnished with patio chairs and table.

About the Owner

We live in England and like to come back to our second home on the Algarve approximately 4 times a year.

We brought the property in Carvoeiro after holidaying there for many year. We enjoy the friendly village life and our central location which means shops,restaurants, beach and bars only a few minutes stroll away, but you are still able to relax on the balcony or by the pool in our quiet secluded location.

Activity and Interests


Carvoeiro beach is 5 minutes walk and there are many other beautiful beaches within 10- 15 minutes drive With Carvoeiros central position on the Algarve it is an ideal base to explore the region.


Faro Airport is 40 minute drive mostly motorway along A22 west leaving at Silves and following the signs for lagoa and Carvoeiro. A car is recommended if you wish to travel around the Algarve however there is plenty to do in the village and buses and taxis to make the short journey to nearby beaches and waterparks.

Booking Notes:
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. damages and breakages must be paid for and the maximum number of agreed person may not be exceeded.

Changeover Day:
There is no set changeover day. Arrival is 3pm departure 10am however we will try to be flexible over these times.

  • Notes on accommodation: The master bed room and Lounge are south facing. This is our holiday home and it is furnished with that in mind. It has all the home from home comforts, There is a library of dvds and books, board games. There is a secluded washing line area at the side of the apartment and tennis courts to use across the road. We have a manager in the village on hand to help you with anything you may need He will call round to visit once you have settled in. Outside: There are two secluded pools one for children, surrounded with plentiful sunbeds and parasols. The pools are clean & maintained daily. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly there are beach towels also available for use. The maid currently visits three days per week.
