This 3 bed roomed villa and double bed roomed casita is ideal for a family with grandparents wanting separate accommodation.

This beautiful 3bed roomed villa and fully double bed roomed self contained casita are south facing and registered with the Malaga Tourist board.VTAR/MA/1097. They enjoy dawn to dusk sun.They have various court yards with floral gardens and include areas for sunbathing, dining and relaxation. The main courtyard includes a large rustic built barbecue (with built in sink and preparation area). On long summer evenings it is a joy to eat al fresco.Directly outside the villas main patio doors lies a large swimming pool with ample space for the many sunbeds provided. The chalet, which is set in its own private courtyard has sunbeds and dining area.Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room and there is an outside toilet and hot shower for use when enjoying the swimming pool.There is a full size table tennis table for outside fun.In the lounge there is television with a full Sky package.There is WiFi also available

Stayed at this stunning Villa with my children and Parents. Beautiful location and the Villa is perfect. There was a Welcome Pack on arrival along with Teas, Coffee, Wine, Bread, Olive Oil etc. The greeting we received on arrival was very friendly and helpful. We loved the Casita for the Grandparents and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The area surrounding the Villa is beautiful and we visited Alhama across the Valley. We also booked online to visit Alhambra in Granada. Would absolutely recommend this Villa to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

We have just spent a fantastic 17 nights at this lovely villa. We extended it by 5 days because it was so nice. The pool is great, the views superb. The Villa is comfortable and is obviously a home and not just a rental property, there were lots of lovely touches like soap, handwash and loo roll provided. We didn't go far but did visit Comares which is breathtaking; Alora; the Chorros Gorge and lake near Chorros. All in all we had a lovely time and would love to return to the area if not the Villa. Thank you Kay for sharing your lovely home with us!

When we retired we accidentally came across the area and fell in love with it.We bought the villa when it was nearly completed and have loved it here ever since.The village has a butchers,2 grocery shops,a chemist,library,4 bars and restaurants,an old church and a typical Andalucian town hall.If you want to chill out there is no need to travel afar.

Special interest holidays:

For people who have an interest in horse riding there is an established riding school within walking distance. It is ideal for walkers,bird and nature lovers.There is fishing on Lake Vinuela'. For those interested in Spanish culture the cities of Seville,Granada,Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz and Malaga are all within 2-2.5 hours driving distance.For those who wish to enjoy duty free shopping and a little bit of England can visit Gibraltar.


The nearest beach is 20-25 minutes away in the resort town of Torre del Mar.

There are many chiringuitos (fish seafood restaurants) along the beach.

Nerja is a particular popular destination with it's own beach and famous caves.Caletta has a fishing port,marina and beach.It has excellent restaurants overlooking the sea.


Malagaairport is 45 minutes drive away and it is advised to hire a car. A taxi costs 65euros.


Alcaucin local village 2 minutes by car. Lake Vinuela 5 minutes. Velez Malaga 15 minutes. El-Ingenio shopping mall with supermarket, designer shops and boutiques etc 20 minutes.

Further Details:

You will find many tapas bars and restaurants, butchers and bakeries along with banks and supermarkets in surrounding villages and towns, all within a 5 minute drive. For the more energetic, Mount Maroma can be scaled by various routes. The area around the villa is fantastic for walking, photography, painting and fishing in Lake Vinuela. There are many wild flowers in June-the National park boasting at least 12 varieties of wild orchid.

Outside: In the main court yard there is a large table, parasol with 8 chairs, outside barbecue, electricity for music, court yard lighting and 6 sun beds. In the chalet court yard there is a small table with parasol, two chairs and 2 sunbeds.There is a fountain and courtyard gardens. The swimming pool measures 8 by 4 metres surrounded by a patio and a large lawn.There is also a roof terrace with spectacular views'. Both courtyards enjoy their own privacy.
