Apartment in Frigiliana, Costa del Sol, Spain - Quiet Location Just Seconds From The Heart Of The Beautiful Village Of Frigiliana

Modern, bright apartment providing accommodation for up to 4 people. Beautifully finished the apartment boasts a fabulous balcony with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The apartment consists of master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, spacious lounge/diner, bathroom and modern kitchen. The apartment is well equipped including TV with UK channels and provides a real home from home. Set in an ideal location the apartment is just seconds from the heart of the village with it's shops, Tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment has it's own private communal pool with sun loungers and parasols and provides stunning views on the mountains. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the wider area starting with Nerja and its numerous beaches. Further afield is Granada and the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada. The apartment is just 40 minutes from Malaga airport and transfers can be arranged, there is also a regular bus service to Nerja.

Lovely apartment clean and tidy everything there you needed lovely views from balcony really enjoyed our week there the only thing it could of done with was air conditioning but otherwise it was perfect

Wonderful views from this smart, clean, well maintained and stocked Apartment

Our second stay at this apartment and would recommend, although on the road side the views more than make up for that plus it makes walks in and around the village easier. Very good restaurant virtually next door. the apartment itself is kept in very good order and although it could benefit from air conditioning in the height of summer, it does have access to a pool - what better way to cool down.

Vinasol Apartments

We have just returned from 8 nights staying at the Vinasol Apartments in Frigiliana. The apartment was lovely, with plenty of space for a family of 4. The view from the balcony was amazing and one you would never get bored of. My two girls absolutely loved the swimming pool, which was clean and mostly quiet. I actually felt the apartment and pool were even better than I had expected. The owner, Paul, was really helpful throughout the whole booking process and always happy to answer any questions about the apartment or surrounding area. Paul gave us a contact for a cab to collect us from the airport, which was helpful. The apartment was clean and bright. It is extremely hot in Frigiliana at this time of year, so the apartment did get very warm. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and two extra fans in the apartment, which we used at all times. The property is in a perfect position, just a few minutes walk (uphill) from the old church and the pretty streets, plus a supermarket just down the road. There are plenty of good restaurants to eat out in. We particularly liked El Casino, which is on the same street as the church. The views from this restaurant are beautiful. There were lots of restaurants we didn't get to, but this was due to having two fussy children who will only eat certain things. We didn't hire a car, but there are buses throughout the day to the beach resort of Nerja, which is also worth visiting. We would definitely recommend this apartment and resort to our friends. Frigiliana is beautiful, everywhere you look there is a photo opportunity. It is also quiet and it felt very safe. Paul made everything so easy for us, so thank you. I am sure we will return someday.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

A very clean and well-equipped apartment, situated in a good location within easy walking distance of various restaurants and tapas bars. The balcony looks out across the valley, with mountain and sea views to either side. The private pool, just behind the apartment, is accessed via external steps.

Car parking is on the road in front of the apartment, and whilst not always directly outside, we never had a problem finding a space.

Nearby Nerja with it's lovely beaches, bustling town square and fabulous Balcon de Europa within easy reach by car, or a bus ride for 1€.

We met up with owners Paul & Steph during our 2nd week, and they are a lovely family.

We would recommend the apartment to our friends and family, and definitely go back.

Lovely apartment in great location

Clean, well equipped apartment within walking distance of village centre (albeit some steep steps). Nice, clean pool just behind apartment with chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Small shops for food essentials nearby, Lidl down the road to Nerja for bigger shopping. Very hot and humid when we were on holiday and air con would have been ideal but two portable fans to keep the apartment comfortable and we were out most of the time so not a massive issue. Already planning to return !

Frigiliana is such a beautiful village you can't help falling in love with it. We love coming back to the tranquillity of the village after a busy day on the beach. There are great bars, restaurants and shops and we always love coming back.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 50 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Nerja at 5 Kilometres Car: recommended


Nerja boasts beautiful beaches and is 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus. There are 5 beaches in Nerja and lots more up and down the coast. Burriana is the largest, Salon is our favourite.


Malaga airport is approximately 40 minutes away and there are numerous car hire companies based at the airport. On booking we can provide you with a 15% discount code. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange airport pick up for an additional cost.


Malaga is 40 minutes away where you can visit the Picasso museum. Granada and the Sierra Nevada are 90 minutes away. A trip to the Alhambra Palace is well worthwhile - advance booking is essential. For the more adventurous Gibraltar is around 2 hours away and Seville 3-4 hours.

Further Details:

The village has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars. There are a couple of small supermarkets and a chemist as well as a couple of ATMs. Nerja has a number of larger supermarkets, banks and numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

You will normally find water and a bottle of wine in the fridge, all we ask is you replace this for the next guest. Outside: The balcony has a patio table and 4 chairs and a parasol. The private pool is shared with a small number of other properties and is generally quiet even in the summer months. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen and towels are provided and the apartment has a good supply of spare linen, towels and blankets. The apartment is cleaned at the end of each stay. The apartment can be cleaned and changed during your stay for an additional charge.
