This property is a little oasis of around 2,200sq.m in traditional Andalucia and one of the last unspoilt parts of the Costa Del Sol. With a Mongolian Yurt, wooden chalet, loads of seating areas and places to chill out, including a large private carp pond (sorry no fishing) with plenty of fish, beautiful gardens, a pool and a separate plunge pool, outside barbecue areas, own private covered parking for two cars, well equipped kitchen and shared bathroom facilities. Within easy walking distance of Torre del Mar which is a popular and busy Spanish holiday resort, and Almayate which is a very friendly, traditional farming village with great tapas bars. Also close to public transport so car not necessary. Lots of beach chiringuitos (small beach bars) and restaurants in a very Spanish, unspoilt area of the Costa Del Sol.
We are a couple that have a beautiful place on an unspoilt part of the Costa Del Sol (the Spanish part). We live there some of the year and whilst there we offer bed and breakfast in a Yurt for those that are interested in experiencing staying in a traditional Mongolian beautifully hand made construction. The rest of the time we travel in a motor home visiting family and friends around Europe.

We bought the place, not as an investment but because it is unique in every way. Perfectly located in a private and secluded place and yet only around 300 meters off the main coast road along the Spanish side of Malaga between Almayate and Torre del Mar. Being within walking distance of the main road allows access to the Malaga - Nerja bus service so car not essential. Almayate is a very traditional Spanish village with wonderful tapas bars and excellent restaurants that use only local produce, and the Spanish holiday resort of Torre del Mar. Torre Del Mar has a population of up to 150,000 people in the summer months and like most resorts it quietens down in the winter but still has a vast array of restaurants, bars and even night clubs that are open all year round.
Our location allows us to walk to either Torre del Mar or in the other direction to Almayate and is situated below one of the few remaining Osbourne Spanish Bulls. It is also within easy walking distance of the beaches and for those that are interested there is even a secluded naturist beach. Each day Pepe goes by with his Andalucian bulls pulling the cart and the two little dogs follow on the flanks. Also, each day you will see the sheep and goats emerging over the mountain and back again in the evening. A wonderful site if you've not seen it before.
We also have a carp lake and hope that you will be happy to feed them from time to ime. They will actually feed out of your hand if you are quiet!

What a great spot Richard and Carol have! Myself and 7 others came here for a hen party and we couldn't have wished for anything better. very clean,idyllic setting,ideal for families,all needs catered for,i.e,cooking,washing machine,barbecue,pool,kitchen,bathroom. Five minute access by car to beach and town of torre del mar,plenty of attractions all within 45 mins driving such as water parks,theme parks and the picturesque malaga,wonderfu friendly hosts,highly recommended. more
