The villa is set within a well maintained exclusive gated community with beautiful gardens, close to the sea with stunning views. Every window of the villa has either a sea view or view of the gardens. The villa has its own heated covered pool, a large terrace that incorporates a patio, dining area and a relaxed seating area as well as ample room for sun loungers. The villa itself comprises three levels, on the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the second floor includes one bedroom, plus en suite bathroom, lounge and kitchen that leads out onto the lower terrace with pool and dining area. The upper level of the villa includes the solarium terrace with a ping pong table and a cute typical Moroccan tea room. The villa is within walking distance to beaches, shops restaurants and bars and the main towns are only short car journeys away.

As I have explained above, we have purchased a wild huge plot when we first arrived here in 1997. We felt in love for this location, because it is equidistant from Malaga Airport and Marbella / Puerto banus, and the views on the Mediterranean Sea are absolutely and amazingly unspoiled and well preserved! On this plot, we have been building several villas, all of them, with a very specific architecture and style.

What makes this villa unique

This beautiful property of one hectare consists of 8 luxurious residences surrounded by beautiful gardens on a hill on the coastline. Here you can enjoy your holiday in the peace and calm and the pleasant atmosphere - for which the Costa del Sol is so known. We manage 3 villa’s, one apartment, a cottage and two studio’s here. These properties are rented as holiday houses, but also by groups wishing to organize seminars, excursions and other professional meetings in a pleasant environment.

Outside: There are beautiful secluded landscaped gardens surrounding the property. Large private heated covered pool. The terraces are equipped with sun loungers, armchair seating, a dining area, barbecue, a jacuzzi and solarium. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included at no extra charge. Cleaning and change of bed linen can be provided at an extra cost, please enquire at the time of booking.

Very good stay!

Casa La Medina is a very spacious and fine house, with a lot of privacy. There is a very nice private swimmingpool (4x9m) with an outside shower. The view on the sea is beautiful! There is also a very good working WiFi. There are a several beaches and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We loved the beach by Torre Viviane de Cale de Mijas and Sirocco beach. The waterpark by Cala the Mijas is nice for children. The old city of Marbella is nice to visit. We would love to go back again. Thanks Franck!

Birthday celebrations

I rented this villa for a week on the 7th of july 2017

With some friends to celebrate my 60th birthday.

I loved the look of the villa right from the start.

Amazing sea views from the pool, perfect

The only criticism I would have was there were no umbrellas for shade when you got too hot and a couple of the sun beds were broken.

But all that can be fixed, and it certainly didn't spoil my holiday.

And I would definitely love to go back

Awesome villa

Very nice villa which accommodates most peoples needs, pool, bedrooms and living areas are nice. Beach and restaurants are about 10mins walk. Nice extras are the table tennis, gardens, roof terrace, garage, security gates etc. Will stay again if the opportunity comes up again.

I think the villa would benefit from having a hot tub, hand wash and more toilet roll

The villa was very nice, it was very spacious

It was great that the bedrooms all had ensuites, the outdoor space was great, sun loungers were comfortable, Fridge was a good size. The only 2 negatives was we felt the pool wasn't warm enough as we have had a heated pool every year and this was the first one that we all felt was too cold and also the wifi didn't work downstairs or out in the pool area but apart from those 2 things the villa ticked all our boxes.

Mooie, ruime, verzorgde villa.

De kamers zijn zeer ruim met een grote badkamer.

Zeer grote leefruimte met alle nodige voorzieningen.

Ook de keuken is uitgerust met alle nodige keukengerei.

Op het terras zijn voldoende ligbedden aanwezig.

Alles voor een geslaagde vakantie met 10 personen!!
