Mary's Villa is a 3 bedroom detached villa with 2.5 bathrooms and communal pool on the fringe of the main tourist area in Kato Paphos. It is within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants, pubs and shops. Aphrodite Waterpark, Crazy Golf and go-karting are within a 5 minute drive. The historic harbour with Byzantine fort and world-reknowned Roman mosaics are a 20 minute stroll along the seafront or a short bus ride on either of the bus routes (to Old Paphos and to Coral Bay) that have stops near the villa. Bar Street is between the harbour and the villa a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. There is a covered patio area with furniture and portable BBQ for outdoor relaxation and dining. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday (including beach towels).

Notes on accommodation: Reverse cycle air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms. Fan in living area. Open fireplace and gas heater for winter use. Outside: There is a 36'x18' communal pool with sunbeds. The villa is surrounded by open space lined with tall trees for privacy. There is a paved and covered patio area and private off-road parking. Utility Room: No separate utility room but washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included. The villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure.

Good location but neeeded a bit of TLC

Great apartment with excellent bedrooms, bathrooms etc. Pool was also convenient. The crockery and BBQ utensils were sadly insufficient.

All beaches in Cyprus are public so visitors can even use beaches in front of luxury hotels. Mary's Villa is only a few hundred metres from Poseidonos Avenue, which is flanked by luxury hotels as well as many other blue flag beaches. The closest beach is no more than a 5 minute walk.


The closest airport is Paphos Airport - a 15 minute drive from the Mary's Villa. Larnaca Airport is a 90 minute drive away. To help you locate the villa, the Veronica Hotel is just past the left-turn into Danae Gardens. You can enjoy all the tourist attractions of Kato Paphos from the villa without hiring a car. If want to visit other parts of Cyprus, hiring a car is recommended. There are many organised tours by bus, safari jeep and boat available from the area of the villa.


The old harbour and mosaics are 2km from the villa. Pano Paphos and the open-air market are about 5km. The closest hotel (to help you locate the villa) is The Veronica.

Further Details:

There is a convenience market about 100 yards from the villa, which sells food staples, newspapers and other products useful to visitors.

Booking Notes:
Air conditioning is included in the prices stated. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the villa. The balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time will be after 2pm and departure before 11am. We will try to accommodate other times if there is no clash with another tenant.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for 1 week's tenancy. Each extra day will be charged at 1/7 of the weekly price. Special prices are available for lets over 2 weeks.
25% deposit required to book the property. Balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
