The ground floor is a huge open plan living space with sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool area.

The walled-in South facing outdoor space is especially great for groups of guests looking for a choice of spaces to relax as the house is surrounded by a number of balconies, shaded areas, front shaded porch area overlooking the lawns, pool relaxing areas and roof terraces offering peace and privacy.

A feature of the house is the amazing ensuite master bedroom on the first floor with its own private, spacious lounge and large outdoor terrace with distant seaviews through the pine trees.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and are all large double rooms that share 2 modern bathrooms between them. One of these rooms can be converted into a twin room if required.

I'm Kate and I came to Ibiza 37 years ago.

For the last 20 years I have owned and run Mel´s Bar which is a great café /bistro known for its great breakfasts overlooking the beach in Santa Eularia, just 5mins walk from the villa.

If you should need any advice whilst you are staying in the villa with regard to beaches, restaurants, help booking airport taxi's and so on, please feel free to pop down and see me at the bar anytime.

Why Kate Frosell chose Santa Eulalia del Río

I love the peaceful location of the villa combined with the convenience of being a short walk to town and the beach.

Santa Eulalia is a 5 minute walk from the villa and is popular with families because of its wide sandy beach and clear water, great shops, restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and tastes.

There's also 'restaurant street` where you'll find all sorts of cuisines from Spanish to Japanese.

What makes this villa unique

Open plan living, spacious and airy. Great for families or for friends.

The pool and south facing walled-in garden area are very private and there are several sunbathing areas as the sun moves around the house.

There is a particularly nice large terrace on the first floor which is nice and breezy in the heat of the summer or if you prefer shade, try the shaded terrace areas.

There is a B.B.Q. with lovely seating area for dining outdoors, 8 sunbeds and lots of seating across a choice of sunbathing areas, balconies and roof terrace areas.

Although the villa is so close to town it is very peaceful and quiet in a sleepy residential street.

Outside: The property has a lovely private walled garden area with private pool. The garden and patio areas wrap themselves around the house. There are several different areas for sunbathing with a seating area and B.B.Q. for dining´al fresco`. Shaded verandah terrace at the front of the house overlooking the garden which is a great place to relax. The master bedroom also has its own large outdoor terrace with sea views. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided including beach towels. Cleaning and linen changed weekly. Other: The property has a lovely terrace area for BBQ's and dining 'Al Fresco' The pool area is south facing with sun all day long but there are plenty of private roof terrace areas, outdoor dining and separate shaded terraces in which to relax.

Wow! Beautiful Villa in an Excellent Location

This villa really is fantastic, a great home away from home. It has all the amenities you could want including a great gas bbq outside. The villa is very spacious inside and out with the wrap around garden/patio areas giving you a mixture of sunshine and shade throughout the day depending on what you prefer. It is also very private, you are not overlooked by anyone. The swimming pool is lovely and is much bigger than the pictures make out and is kept in excellent condition. The local supermarket is very close (just a few minutes’ walk) and has everything you need. A walk to the beach/marina takes less than 10 minutes (with kids) and this is where all the bars/restaurants are - so many to choose from! Definitely no need for a car as even if you want to go exploring the island you can catch the ferry to a lot of places. Kate the owner is lovely, she kept us up to date throughout the booking process and always responded straight away to any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay in her villa and we look forward to returning again soon.

Very well located quiet but near everything. Beautiful gardens and surrounding patios.

Villa very family friendly comfortable and roomy. Manager and owner

very helpful and flexible to our needs. Only negatives we did not like

water bed in master room, this is just a matter of preference and no

big thing. Also, too many moscitoes about but again can't be helped. We had a lovely stay and the Villa enhanced that. All the family really enjoyed it.

Excellent Villa

This very spacious villa met all my family expectations, needed for a relaxing holiday, from the cleanliness, and all facilities provided I.e ample sized swimming pool area, patio and garden complete with sufficient Sun lounges to allow yourself some quiet time on your own if you so wished.

All beaches were within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance as was the local bus station allowing access to all popular areas around the island. The only down side was the up hill gradient from the main road.

A fantastic property with plenty of character and space.

This villa was full of Spanish character and in an ideal and peaceful location. The interior was in some instances a little 'tired' but overall the environment was homely and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our party which consisted of four adults and three teenagers. A great place to have as a base with easy access to the beach, an abundance of restaurants and the supermarket. Access to the ferries and buses were within walking distance, enabling varied ways to travel around the island. Thanks to Cate and Jo for making our stay so easy.

An amazing stay. We couldn't fault it.

Kate's beautiful villa proved the ideal place for us to take a family holiday. We took along 6 adults a child of 5 and a three month old baby. The villa had everything we needed. The standard of furnishings in the living area and the upstairs suite were exceptional as were the three bathrooms.

Shops and beach were a short walk away and the standard and selection of restaurants was excellent. Car parking was easy although we found we hardly needed the car.

Kate was an ideal host and provided lots of local information which was a great help.

Many thanks Kate for allowing us to use your beautiful villa.

Coast/Beach:

- Lovely sandy beach is 5mins walk away in Santa Eulalia

- Several nearby beaches easily reached by regular water taxi from the port area (7mins walk) and lots of other great 'non-touristy' beaches can be found within 10mins drive. I'm happy to give advice on where to go off the beaten track.

Travel:

Ibiza airport is around 30 minutes drive away (allow longer in high season due to summer traffic)

Taxi's are plentiful at the airport and taxi drivers will find the villa easily

The villa is just a 5 minute walk from the lovely town of Santa Eularia and the wide sandy beach so car hire is not necessary.

There's an excellent bus service from Santa Eulalia (2 minute walk from villa) around the Island and taxis are easy to find and I am happy to book a taxi for you anytime you need it.

Distances:

100 metres to Santa Eularia town centre and around 400m to the beach and lovely marina area

3km from Roca Lisa (golf)

5km from Nikki Beach

2km from Amante Beach Club

5 miles to Ibiza Town and the main ferry port (you can take a ferry to Formentera from here)

20 miles to Portinatx in the North

Further Details:

The villa is within easy walking distance to all of Santa Eularia's amenities.

A Sa Compra supermarket is 5min walk and there's a larger Supermarket 15mins away.

Two children's playgrounds are within 3-5mins walk

Santa Eularia has a huge number of restaurants for all budgets and tastes.

The port and marina area is great and within 7mins walk

10mins walk from the spa at Aguas Ibiza

10mins drive from Amante Beach Club (voted best beach restaurant in Ibiza)
